This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. All the staff at the Cardiff store, from security at the door to a gentleman who offered a glass of Champagne to Amanda at Rolex, they were all very welcoming, they are a credit to Laings. Amanda in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took time to explain the process of making a purchase. I will without doubt go back to the Cardiff store when I'm next in the area. What a marvelous experience. The first time I went there was just for a replacement battery for my watch. The service is exceptional, professional yet friendly. The team in the Cardiff store are wonderful. Recently it was a welcome haven in the Christmas chaos.

Everyone who we talked to in the Southampton store was very polite, you're greeted with a smile as you walk in. There's no pressure if you only want to look around either.
