If I could give the zero Stars I would I ordered a necklace and was supposed to get two free they charge my card weeks later I contacted the company saying I never received anything from them they said it was delivered it was not delivered I had to go through the post office I asked for a copy of my invoice several times I couldn't give it to me they said they couldn't give me a refund because it was marked delivered but it was never delivered I had to search for it it was somewhere else someone else's house finally found it opened the package and it wasn't anything that I ordered contacted the company yet again this would make like 22 emails and said this was not what I ordered to not get my two free ones and I would like a complete refund they said they cannot give me a refund even though they guarantee their jewelry online and said 100% money back guarantee they did not do that what a disappointing company after trying and trying they offer me a 10% discount and I can keep the jewelry I told them no I wanted to complete refund and will be looking into another option to get my money back which I think is just now gone so do not buy from this company it's even more disappointing that it's supposedly a faith-based company and it is not do not buy from this company.

The product is amazing. The delivery needs a lot of work. Had to email them to get a tracking number. Once we got the tracking number. It was delivered 2 days after.

I got one for me, my granddaughter and niece. We all love them. They are pretty and constructed well. I like that you do not have to remove them to shower.

DONT BUY! Wore it on vacation and within two days anything metal tarnished! Dont fall, like I did, that you can wear it wet! It’s BS!

Another website/company that portrays being a Christian US family owned company but comes from overseas. (China or Japan) This needs to STOP.

I have loved this necklace since I first saw it.
I'm getting older and have to be careful to not believe everything I see. Once I viewed the ad for it I was inundated with other ads. I was confused as to what was what. I did find the real deal and ordered. Customer service is awesome and prompt.
It may take a while to get your order but take heart, it's coming and it's well worth the wait.
I ordered 3 and have 2 to give to my best friends.
I recommend this company.

Delivery took a little longer than anticipated, BUT I love the pearl cross necklace. It is just as described.it is light weight and so easy to wear.

Wish I would have read the reviews before.I purchased this. Its been four weeks since I ordered it, and I still have not received them. Honestly. If I would have known they were not made in America. I would not have bought them.They said that they have to go through customs.Very sad I miss my birthday which was 3 1/2 weeks when I ordered. I still dont have it.

Only giving a 1 start rating because 0 is not an option! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company to work with! I placed an order more than 4 weeks ago. It was supposedly shipped immediately and I was provided a tracking number - coming from China. I have received MULTIPLE generic emails that it is is on its way. After 2 weeks I reached out and asked for a refund because I could not get any updated tracking information. I was told on 7/19 if I had not received my item in a week they would provide a resolution. I asked for a refund again last night and received yet another generic email saying everything will be okay. This is after two other emails went ignored. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and Lainly responded immediately asking me to please contact my credit company and let them know it was okay. I will not do that.

The items were so beautiful and well crafted. I receive so many compliments but mostly I feel so blessed wearing them.

I paid for and never received my jewelry purchase. The tracking information was slow in coming and false. It was almost non-existent one day and the next day, it was stated it had been delivered the week before.
This company is dishonest and false. Claiming they are family owned and Christian is false. They are also not based in the USA like they claim in some of their adds. Live and learn.

I’ve been going back-and-forth with this company to let them know that I never received my order. I even showed proof through my daily USPS delivery notifications I receive every day. This proof wasn’t sufficient for them. I don’t know what else to do so I just told them to keep the money since they need it more than I do.

Never arrived. I kept contacting them and they said they can’t help delays. I never received the jewelry.

I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received it!! Supposedly the first one got lost, so they sent a new one! I still have not received that one yet either!! Now, that one is lost too!! It’s ridiculous!! Do not buy from them!!!!!!

I ordered 3 cross & crown necklaces in December 2025 during the buy 1 get 2 free promo. Within 3 months the first necklace I gifted to my daughter broke. By May my cross, crown, and chain were tarnished to the point of being unusable. I'm unsure the status of the 3rd necklace as it was also a gift. I contacted Lainly about a replacement. I didn't want money back, I loved the item and wanted a replacement. I was told it was over 90 days and couldn't be replaced, but they would, in good faith, reimburse me for it. They do not honor their guarantee! It is supposed to be lifetime guarentee to be tarnish and rust proof! I sent pictures, they verified my order, and only offered a refund "just to be nice"! That was in early June and I have not heard from them since! No replacement, no refund! They do not honor their word or guarantee, and the item will tarnish! Do not trust them, and buying their product is a waste of money. As I told them, they offer buy 1 get 2 free because only 1 will be worth having - if you're lucky! I would give 0 stars if possible! I ordered one from another company and hope it is at least better than Lainly!

Took longer than expected to receive. Was so looking forward to receiving the necklace an d bracelet to give to my granddaughters. After weeks waiting for the jewelry to arrive I opened the package and WAS so disappointed. Something you would get maybe in a cracker jack box. I'm asking for a refund ASAP.

I recently received my order from Lainly. The items did take longer than expected to arrive, but I appreciate the prompt email responses and consistent follow-through from their customer service team throughout the process.

I loved the necklaces..so did my daughter and granddaughters..I ordered them Nov2025 for Christmas gifts..and just now receiving them June 2026..ordered 2-gold 4-silver and I got all gold..mabe I’ll have to try again and get 4-silver because they can’t wear gold..I believe you guys will make this a great business one day..good luck and God Bless you all….

Not at all what is advised. The gold started to come off and turn skin green. BEWARE of this jewelry!! It's pretty until you wear it.
