The actual necklace looks reasonably ok. Time will tell. My biggest disappointment was the cheap plastic pouch strip they came in. Stapled at the top. Not the gift case they were shown in on line. M... See more

I really wanted to like this company, but I ordered the "buy one, get two free" cross and crown necklaces — I doubled the order, expecting to receive six necklaces. Instead, I was charged almost $200,... See more

The jewelry is beautiful but my bracelet turned within a week & my necklace chain broke in about 2 weeks. The cross for the neck is still beautiful & I will be purchasing a new chain.

I also never received my order. After numerous emails back and forth, I just gave up on this company. Will not order again. They do not stand by their claims. Very discouraging since I ordered... See more

Written by the company

Lainly is a faith-based jewelry brand built by a small Christian family who believe accessories should do more than decorate. They should carry a message. Every piece we create exists to help you carry your faith wherever you go, and to make it easy to put a reminder of God's love into someone else's hands. We started Lainly because we wanted jewelry that felt personal, not mass-produced. Every necklace, bracelet, earring, and ring we make is waterproof and tarnish-free, built to hold up to showers, workouts, humidity, and years of everyday wear. We back every piece with a lifetime guarantee, because we want you to trust what you're wearing, not worry about it. Faith and gifting go hand in hand for us. Many of our customers order pieces to keep for themselves and pieces to give away, to a daughter, a friend walking through a hard season, or someone who just needs reminding they're not alone. That's the heart behind what we make: jewelry as a quiet, wearable way to spread His Word. Lainly began as a brand for women of faith, and we're growing into a home for every believer who wants to wear what they hold true. We're grateful for the thousands of customers who've trusted us so far, and we work hard every day to earn that trust with quality, honesty, and real customer care. Whatever you're shopping for today, we hope it becomes more than jewelry. Faith first, always.

Christmas gifts

I ordered these for lady friends as Christmas gifts. They all loved them. Absolutely beautiful. Only thing I didn’t like, I thought they were made in the USA, but they came from China.

They worthy of purchase

They worthy of purchase and quality! Yes, they better used as jewelry that is not physical in nature! They are beautiful and great for gifts! I purchased 25 of them, prayed over them, annoyed them and gave them out as a gift, to family and friends! Told them if they ever felt alone, to hold the Cross and crown and know they are never alone!

The chains are cheap

The chains are cheap. 2 out of 3 necklaces chains broke within. One week. The chains also are very faded and look terrible. The pendant ks the only nice thing. Its not worth the purchase or price since it's so poorly made. Do not waste your money!!!

Not an American company

Not an American company. Product came directly from China. Took 3-4 weeks to get delivered. Necklace is pretty, wife liked it. Not happy about being told family owned American business and seeing tracking coming from China. It is what it is, I guess

Looks nice when it arrives, but it doesn't last

The necklaces look nice when you get them (they arrived in about 10 days, 2 gold, 1 rose gold, one silver) but they do not last long before tarnishing and basically losing all the finish. The description says you can swim, shower, etc and they won't tarnish or discolor, but that is a lie. My friend, who I gave them to, never wore them swimming or got them wet, and each one tarnished within 2 weeks after taking them from the package. When I contacted the company about a refund or replacement, I was told I needed to send before/after pictures. Why would I take "before" pictures if I thought they were going to last? I accept that I lost money, and will never buy from them again. I hope they lose all their customers and stop selling this terrible quality jewelry.

I had a truly disappointing experience…

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered Mother’s Day gifts in mid-April, but they never arrived. When I contacted the company in early May, they provided me with a tracking number that indicated the item was coming from overseas. However, when I questioned this, they gave me another tracking number that showed the item was being shipped within the US and had been delivered. Despite this, I had never received anything.

I contacted the local postal office, but they couldn’t find the items. The postal office advised me that the company could file a claim, which I did. It’s been over two weeks since that communication, and over a week since I was told that I would be getting a replacement. I’m still waiting for the tracking number on the new shipment, which I believe will never arrive.

While the company was relatively responsive via email, their actions didn’t match their brand. Moreover, I never knew who I was communicating with because they never signed their name. This lack of professionalism and transparency was disheartening.
