I ordered a bin shed and had radio silence for one month. I only received a response after 5 emails and a threat of further action. Awful. Its a shame they actually stock some decent stuff!!

Please do not place an order with this company. I placed an order for a bin store costing £600. Having not received any confirmation of delivery and after chasing still received nothing I cancelled my order within 14 days. This time I got a reply saying my refund had been processed but almost two weeks later I still haven’t received the money. It’s clear this company has no stock of the items they are advertising and cannot fulfil their orders.

They keep reporting my reviews for defamatory content - so I’ll just leave it here - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. LEFT ME IN DEBT.

Should be zero stars for this appalling company. I ordered a Keter garden box at the end of October and today (Dec 23rd) I started a chargeback claim as I am at the end of my tether with this company having not received my item nor been given any any explanation except that the courier has not delivered it to explain this. The most frustrating thing has been the repeated promises to call me back or find out what the issue is with the courier and never following through. I strongly strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this company.- at best they are incompetent at worst scammers.

This is a review 8 months after buying a shoddy £600 shed from this absymal company left one previously to witch I got a phone call was supposed to b getting a refund and spare parts sent as some come damaged all the guy was talking about on the phone was that I changed my review (shocking) so still no parts or refund was given Iv ended up being out of pocket by £600 due to this company all I can say is (AVOID) like the plague but from some reputable company instead of these there a disgrace Lakeland if u want to call me please do as this has been taken further

Ordered a garden storage box mid September. Received a few emails talking about low stock due to popular demand of the offer and promising delivery the following week. Never materialised and eventually in November I requested a refund. To this date I haven't received the order nor a refund so am going to try to recoup via my credit card provider. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering but like others assumed this was associated with Lakeland!

I ordered a storage box mid September and 3 months later, still no sign of the storage box. The Customer Services team just fob you off - it will be with you next week, next month - but I am still no nearer to receiving my storage box - which was advertised with a 7 - 10 day delivery - this has now been changed to 14 - 21 days but it might as well be months. To add insult to injury I was offered a padlock - apparently a gesture of goodwill but what is the point of having a padlock with no box to put it on? I am assured I am the only customer who has waited this long but looking at the reviews I find that hard to believe.

Either totally incompetent or fraudsters.

Surprises me that legitimate companies (like Youtube, Facebook etc.) allow these fraudulent traders to advertise.

Do not waste your time or money with these 'traders'.

I had been looking for a while for a good quality food mixer without lots of unnecessary extras. After researching many different makes and models I chose Lakeland. My experience with purchasing from Lakeland was, as has always been: easy to order, delivery on time, good communication, which was a factor.

I have been so pleased with the food mixer, it does the job well and is very easy to use. It is sturdy and doesn't move around the worktop, but light enough that I can lift it out of the lower cupboards when not in use. I chose the red one, wow I love the colour it is so cheery I would happily leave it out on display if I had the room. I ordered at the right time during the black Friday discounts.

Shambolic company. Would never order from them again.
Horrendous customer service. Still waiting for my order 2 months on with no date for delivery.
Asked to speak to a manager and got told they are busy!!! They do not care about their customers. My advice is go elsewhere to order

I ordered a simple garden storage box from Lakelandhome back on September 23rd. The website promised a 7-10 day delivery service, but I am still waiting for it now on 1st December.

There have been repeated promises of a delayed delivery via email for the last 2 months, but nothing has turned up. I fear that my money has been scammed away from me by this bogus company.

If i could give no stars i would. Where do i begin. I placed an order at the beginning of October for a XL Ketor storage box. The website stated 7-10 day delivery, updates and 2 man delivery service. After 10 days i contacted them - they were useless and said it was due to the demand of the product but it would be soon. Another week passes I called them again - told the same and that it would be delivered the following week. When it didn't arrive - I called again to be told as it was bought in the sale - they were 'surprised' by the demand!!!!!!! I finally got an estimated delivery and when it eventually arrived it was a man on his own who told me I had to help him if i wanted it in the garden - I am 7 months pregnant and had no option as apparently there is never a 2 man delivery... Do not mistake this shocking company with Lakeland - that was my mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shocking experience. Expensive item delivered in a beat up van with a faulty handbrake that nearly rolled back into me. Item damaged. Initial customer service request for replacement parts seemed constructive. Then nothing. I have raised a complaint with Trading Standards. Be warned, this company is not the high Street chain Lakeland. It has a similar name and that deceived me into thinking this was a quality company to deal with. Quite the opposite. Avoid at all costs. Truly appalling.

Dreadful- product ordered 12/10- never arrived. 3 phone calls and false promises of arrival and nothing.
Refund issued and it has not been received.
Do not buy from this company

I could leave a very detailed and scathing review of this company but can't really be bothered to give them any more head space. After 30 days of chasing my delivery, I finally got a refund, and I had to practically beg for that. Terrible company. Just don't shop with them.

On Sunday 28th September we ordered a XXL box to put our garden furniture pillows inside, on 25th November after several promises were unkept I cancelled, what a shambles of a company.

Total sham of a company so far as delivery of goods and customer support are concerned. A glance at Companies House information simply confirmed my suspicions. If only I’d read these reviews in the first place.

Ordered a side table on 10/10/2025. Chased them early November and still no details of delivery by 23/11/2025. Will see how long it takes to provide the refund I have requested

From experience I woud advise people to avoid this company like the plague.
and to be honest they are not even worth 1 🌟 They advertise items that they clearly do not have to sell, in my case as garden storage box, so they cannot fulfil there advertised delivery times, in the meantime they have taken your money and sit on it ignoring you. When you contact them them they fob you you off, a 10 day turn around turned into 6 weeks with still no delivery, they then promised a refund that never happened, my credit card company have just refunded me my money are 7 weeks and are currenly investigating them.....
