Perfect Small Navy Bag

Needed a small bag for special occasions - this one in navy is perfect - beautifully made in soft quality leather and looks lovely with day or summer evening wear. Delivered within 2 days of ordering - excellent service. So pleased I bought from Lakeland Leather.

Bought a pair of sheepskin slippers…

Bought a pair of sheepskin slippers from Lakeland leather, used around the house only and the soles have split across the ball of the foot though there is still plenty of tread left on the shoes, after less than a year. Wear and tear apparently. I'll stick to the Next slippers that are 3 times cheaper and last twice as long.

Customer care and quality products…

I had previously pichased a leather bag from Lakeland Leather. I wanted toget the correct cleaner to protect the investment. I ordered online and it was delivered 3 days later.
I wanted to know more about the care of my bag and when I received a courtesy email. I asked about this and was given a swift reply with all information and more! I cannot fault this company's attention to theiir products or the quality of the service they offer to their customers.i have no hesitation in giving Lakeland Leather my full endorsement.

I had looked at this item in my local store and thought it was a little over priced. How happy was I to discover it at a much cheaper price on the internet.

Kindness

I ordered a small wallet from Lakeland leather but unfortunately it was too big so I returned it. I accidentally left my driving license and a credit card in the wallet whilst trying it and emailed Lakeland Leather to inform them. Agnieszka @ Lakeland Leather located the returned wallet with missing driving license etc and very kindly sent it back to me. I was so grateful to her for being so helpful, kind, honest, and efficient. What a star she is! Thank you Agie
