Won €2,300 – Lalabet refuses to pay, ignores all contact
I won €2,300 on Lalabet through fair play and requested a withdrawal, which was well within the platform’s terms and conditions. However, instead of processing my payout, they refused to pay without providing any evidence and vaguely accused me of “fraud.” No proof. No explanation.
I gave them a formal 7-day deadline via email to resolve the issue — they completely ignored it. After 10+ days, there has been zero response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and live chat.
As of now, I have:
• Filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
• Collected all documentation for further legal action
Lalabet is acting unethically, and their silence speaks volumes. I strongly warn other players to avoid this platform at all costs. Winning means nothing if they simply choose not to pay you and disappear.
Do not deposit money here — it’s not safe.

Lalabet do not pay winnings bets!
I used the 2nd sports bonus with the 100€ freebet at lalabet. At the first bonus i won the freebet and received the money (as bonus funds). The second freebet i won also but Lalabet did not add the winnings to my account (bet was settled as win). I had no open bonus because i already wagered the first bonus. The support do not understand what happend and always answered with standard phrases. I still hope to get the winnings (at least as bonus funds)
Edit: See comment. Lalabet don´t mention, that i never received the bonus from the 2nd freebet so there was no bonus which can expire ( i have screenshots that proofs exactly this!)

I want to warn fellow players about lala.bet, a casino that is actively targeting players in the Netherlands without holding a valid license from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit – KSA).
After depositing and playing fairly, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation. Since then, I have tried to reach out to them via email and live chat for over a month – and have received zero response. They are completely ignoring me while holding on to my money.
This is unacceptable. Not only are they operating illegally in the Netherlands, but they also show no willingness to communicate or resolve issues. A casino that cannot even respond to basic customer inquiries has no business accepting real money from anyone.
I demand a full refund of my deposits, as lala.bet has no legal right to operate in my country and has failed to provide even the most basic level of customer support.
