My €935 refund, promised on September 18, 2024, remains unpaid after more than two months of empty excuses, blatant lies, and complete inaction. This company’s behavior is nothing short of disgraceful.
They first ignored my refund request for weeks, then falsely claimed they couldn’t locate my account due to incorrect details—an outright lie. I used the correct information, which they have on file, and they are fully aware of my identity. This was nothing more than another shameless attempt to delay and avoid responsibility.
When I pushed further, they told me to contact my VIP manager. The same VIP manager who has ignored me for SIX MONTHS. Repeated messages have gone unanswered, proving that their so-called “VIP service” is nothing more than a joke.
Their excuses are inconsistent, their support is non-existent, and their entire approach to this issue reeks of dishonesty and obstruction. Enough is enough. I demand immediate confirmation that my refund is being processed—no more lies, no more delays.
