I placed a bet and my money was simply taken of my account. I have proof that it happend because of my bet history in my profile. If you compare it with the bethistory in my sportsbook area it’s not the same. I showed them with pictures everything and this lady asking me for a ticket- iD. You can clearly see the money is taken but there were never a bet confirmed.
Besides that she tryna be funny and disrespectful with calling me ‘mate’ and all that. I’m bout to be petty now, it’s a principal thing. Taking legal steps and I’m keep ya’ll posted!

Very worst service , I have made a withdrawal 5 days ago and they took 4 days just to say it's a technical error and cancelled my withdrawal.
Again I have requested same withdrawal without any gameplay.. They're now delaying the same telling to wait wait and waitt for weeks just for 1 withdrawal

I have found out that when you write a bad review about them they dont answer or use long time but if its good its very quick!!
Watch the money in youre account very closely all the time! To times now, money has disapeared from the account without any reason!
Between the to times now they have had my money for 16 days now!
Suddenly money just was gone!
First time it took a week to get it back and multiple mail and messages before it was fixed. And second time no answer from my vip manager in three days, and needed to contact in livechat. Then the vip manager answers on mail. So now it will probably take another week and will be ten days before i get my money back! So watch youre accounts money all the time so money dont get lost! The money just was gone without any message or anything to tell me that they take money.

So now its been over 3 days and its very easy to calculate wins/losses on my bets and then its easy to see that money is missing! But they have difficult to find out about this. They say all bets are in order and completed. And ive said that to them a couple of times that i have no problem with the bets, all the bets are fined. Its money that has vanished from my account without any reason.
Example : if you have 5000 after two bets are finished and both won. So then you have 5000 in the account and you see that also so everything is okay! But while i try to find other matches to play on you suddenly have 4100 in the account! You have no bets in play or something like that, everything is closed and finished. So you play for the last 4100 on two bets and both are loss so all that is okay. All bets are settled correctly and the only problem is that 900 that vanished! Where is that money? Ive checked everything, i have no bets or taken out any money that is the same as 900. Nothing is even close to that number.
And after 3.5 days soon they havent fixed it yet! Ive explained everybet where ive calculated every bet for them and showed them everything. Sent pictures of each bet and bet id to show them from start to end. And if you calculate every bet its easy too see that there is money missing. And ive explained that to my vip manager and two times they have come back and said that all bets are correct and settled. Ive said that to them from the begining, i have no problems with the bets, all bets are correct. The money vanished after it was in my account. I saw with my eyes that i had 5000 and a couple of minutes later it was 4100. Without any bets and nothing was played on, did not take out any money. They just vanished!! And i told that multiple times but they dont understand!
And now my vip manager has closed here vip manager mail account so i cant send anymore emails.
So this is a vip manager that is there to help you and that person deactivates here mail account. She havent answered her whatsapp in the last week. And now the mail account is gone.
So this is very disapointing, so if you play on this site have very good control on youre money and keep checking that money dont just disapear! This has happend two times in about 3-4 weeks now! First time it was about much more money and much more complicated to fix. So that took one week to fix! But now with a very easy case, this has happend!
So be careful!!

Cant belive it can be so difficult to get back the money that vanished from my account!
After just a couple of hours before it had been 10 days they sent an answer that it was a bet that was wrong so when it was money in the account they took back that money. But here is the problem, they wont give me proof of this and that is for me all wrong!!
And i have checked all my bets that day the money vanished i know for sure that all that bets are correct. And why didnt they take that money earlier when there was money in the account! There was enough money multiple times!
And if that bad bet was from when i played a month before when money also vanished. Why didnt they take that money from the money they paid me back for the money that disapeared and there was also multiple times that time also where it was enough money.
And i think its a problem when they wont give me proof or tell me which bet it was.
SO DONT USE THIS SITE!!

I write the review in English so hopefully the people at lalabet can read it as well.
Been playing for a month at lalabet. Deposited around €5000 in small amounts, and always with Volt bank transfers. Had 1 big withdrawal a couple of weeks ago €2500, it got payed after exactly 48 hours (after me mailing about it for several times)
Now a couple of weeks and losing a lot of money later, I made a small withdrawal of €300 on the night of 31-05. That is now 56 hours ago.
I contacted them and they now say they have to wait for al the volt deposits to reach there account? What kind of crazy bull s*** answer is that?
I hate writing reviews, but now they deserve it. I will remove or adjust when my case is handled properly.
UPDATE 02-06- now 65 hours after my withdrawal still pending. They are telling me that they are waiting for volt payments. I’m reading in an other comment/review that je got a refund of €50 by accident. And they cancelled his withdrawal. I just saw in my bank info that I got a refund of €50. They better not cancel my withdrawal, then this would be a very sick new way to scam users. Keep you posted!!!
