Worst treatment i've ever had. Only fake promises
It all started in April. When the company agreed to pay me a refund (details let's keep for possible legal action). Of course, I was kept waiting without any specific updates. All through April and May I was getting generic responses about the process taking too long and them being busy with many different settlement agreements (which is already a red flag about any company). They finally sent me a settlement agreement to sign about 40 emails in...on June 24th. It clearly states they are committing to pay funds in 20 working days. Of course, nothing was paid and they just stopped replying to emails altogether. No explanation as to why they breached the settlement agreement they sent me to sign. As you can see even if you will find a solution with them, they still might lie to you and ignore you.

The agreement is sign on 27th of June and will be paid in the next 20 days. Tommorow is day 20 still didnt receive anything. Since last week I didnt heard anything by Lala.bet by email. So got nothing also none contact.
Normally I dont write this done here but lala.bet must do something on this problem otherwise I will take some steps with other persons here on the website. Lala.bet give an reaction below this post for an update or another way to reach you. If I dont got nothing tommorow further steps will take!! Maybe you can turn this to a 5 star post if you response.
Further steps already took, give LALA.bet 7 days to do the payment and already step forward to make a courtcase. If they give a response with late payment or anything else it is no longer enough. I will take the next steps on 24-07-2024 then they have had more than 20 working days.

I report the error to customer service and instead of trying to resolve the problem, they keep asking me to perform basic procedures that clearly cannot resolve this (such as clearing browser cookies or using an anonymous page to request a withdrawal).
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It's clearly an internal error on the site, I've been saying this for over a week and no one at the casino seems to be making a move to try to resolve the problem.
