Ordered slippers which did not arrive. Contacted company - and after some difficulty getting hold of them, without delay they forwarded second pair which arrived following day. Happy with quality too. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of slippers but there was a problem with the delivery, the fault of Royal Mail, not Lambland. I phoned the company and spoke to Paul who was very helpful, efficient and resolved the issue quickly. The slippers have now arrived and they are absolutely lovely. I really appreciate being able to buy British and know the provenance of the goods. Thank you Lambland.

I've used lambland many times for belts, wallets and slippers. Great quality and long lasting. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
Most recently I got my sister a pair of the leopard print sheepskin booties and she loves them.

The sheep skin moccasins I received for Christmas are excellent quality really comfortable and sumptuously warm. According to my wife delivery was super fast. Beautifully handcrafted makes for a fantastic present. Couldn’t be happier exceptional value for money apparently.

Ordered the sheepskin mule slippers in pink and arrived next day. I love them! They are such a lovely fit, very comfy and I love the pink colour. Purchased in the sale so were a fantastic bargain. Thank you Lambland!

Bought on 26th December and then issued with a tracking number on the 29th no problem there as it was the Christmas period.
Tracking number then issued but had not been posted. Rang on the 6th January and was told a second pair would be sent out. No tracking information this time and no order came. Blamed Royal Mail. Rang again on the 12th January was told another pair were going to be sent and an email with the tracking number would be sent straight away, nothing was sent yet again. Rang again on 13th January and told them they hadn’t sent a tracking number yet again and they said we will refund you while I was on the phone. No refund issued BUT yesterday evening DPD delivered them with a post date of the 12th January.
So eventually I received the goods but the process of constantly ringing (5)them to check the progress and being lied to is disgusting, so in my opinion avoid them when buying……

Ordered on 28/12 & order was 'dispatched' but 1 week later the tracking link still said "we're expecting it" & it never updated or moved. Called up on a Monday and asked for another pair to be sent out. I was told this would be done straight away, they weren't 'dispatched' until the Wednesday for some reason? (No rush clearly). This time 'sent' with DPD...3 days later, the parcel has not been received by DPD.

Really bizzare experience and was refunded and told to "keep the slippers free of charge". This would be a kind gesture, but only if they'd actually sent anything!

Ordered from another site, same day dispatch and a DPD tracking link already saying they have the parcel & its coming Monday.

A very odd experience, clearly someone is either making parcels disappear or never actually sending them?

I just wanted the slippers really & after messing around for a fortnight had to buy from elsewhere.

Wonderful choice of gifts in their Xmas sale this year with generous discounts, had to exchange one item which was easy and straight forward and arrived in plenty of time for the big day well Done all the team at Lambland Outstanding

We purchased a red sheepskin rug to go with our brand new £800 mid-grey carpet after seeing the advert on Ebay. The rug is shown on their advert and website on a light beige carpet looking great. Obviously a suggestion by them of how it might be used. We now have a grey and red carpet. It has litterally dyed our new carpet. It is ruined.
Their response is that, it is my problem because their website says, if you scroll down far enough, "Every effort has been taken to ensure that the backing on this product is colourfast. However, some migration may occur in wear or in wet conditions particularly when used on a lighter material." My brand new wooden floor with a brand new carpet in my centrally heated room is not damp. The rug has never been walked on. If it is colourfast, how come the colour comes off on my fingers when handleing it. I am dumbstruck by their response and attitude towards their customers.

Excellent Alex Bootie slippers, super warm and toasty! These are perfect for my iceberg feet. I now feel well-shod at home for the winter. The fit was correct. Thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely company who went above and beyond to sort out my return. I've bought from them for over ten years but my favourite style has been discontinued and I haven't been able to find a replacement (yet!) that fits -- but they were ever so helpful and pleasant helping me with my returns. Looking forward to buying from them again.

I bought a unisex jumper for myself and am really pleased with it. I’ve never had a pure wool sweater before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I love the feel and I love the smell which I will be sad when it wears off.

I have had a pair of Lambland slippers for several years, and I am very happy with them. I now wished to buy a pair of their mules, but my size was not shown on their website. I phoned to enquire about this, and a return call informed me that my size was available. I placed my order there and then; I was not charged for postage, and was told that they would be with me within 3 days. They arrived the following day. The mules are perfect. Everything about the product, and the level of customer service which I received from Lambland, are exemplary.

Simple ordering process. Kept informed. This is the 2nd Shepherds of Sweden pouffe I have bought from Lambland in the last couple of years. Both were in perfect condition, heavily discounted and standard delivery arrived very quickly, this time by DPD.
