the metal x-mas stand was made pretty poorly,one of the holes for the nut was welded shut,so just 2 nuts were able to tighten the tree,took a while to before arriving.

They stand behind the product, I had to replace an item, and they sent the replacement promptly. I bought two products, both have complicated, silly constructions. True, they look best on the market.

I ordered in May and I wanted to send it back because my daughter didn't like it and I wanted to order another lamp from Lampamania luckily I didn't do it!!! My husband and I tried to reach Lampamania 10 times by phone, email and contact form. I had to pay the postage to send it back myself and to date I have not received my money back. I will never order from there again and I want my money back. Be careful if you want to order there…
Hice un pedido en mayo y quise devolverlo porque a mi hija no le gustó y quise pedir otra lámpara a Lampamania por suerte no lo hice!!! Mi esposo y yo intentamos comunicarnos con Lampamania 10 veces por teléfono, correo electrónico y formulario de contacto. Tuve que pagar el franqueo para devolverlo yo mismo y hasta la fecha no me han devuelto el dinero. Nunca más volveré a pedir desde allí y quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero. Ten cuidado si quieres pedir allí.
