If I had -100 stars This will be you correct review. Why you did not allow the parcel to be delivered? it was in the courier deposit for 20 days and now it’s returning to you ( order nr 46000052566) again without any notice . Please proceed with the notice for the refund ASAP.

I’ve called and mailed dpd curier several times including 20 days ago. It was your refusal to despatch the parcel.

Quality products, good prices and nice service. I had a lampshade broken during transport or packaging and after contacting the uk guys (romanian team didn't respond in two days) they fixed the issue promptly. I recommend lampisilumini.ro and lampandlight!

This time you didn't send my product and you lied to my that my address hadn't been found. The curier didn't call me to ask for help.

Then I check that it is just waiting in the DPD warehouse. No one calls, no email, nothing. The former package was returned without my knowledge. Then I try again, place another order and wait. This time my package is in my city for over two weeks and not one call. I wrote emails after emails to lampisilumini.ro and to DPD. No response. This is unacceptable and more like a scam than an online store!
Also the refund for the first mistake was issued after, and only after I posted a bad review.

The parcel was not delivered! Your colleaques did not anything to resolve the situatiation, but do send me an email that the parcel was delivered. The curier did not contacted me at all. Try to use next time delivery services that actually deliver the parcels and contacts the customer if something it is not in order. Am luat legatura mai precis am incercat sa iau legatura cu DPD. La telfon dupa doau zile in care am incercat sa ii sun nu a raspuns nimeni. Iar prin email am transmis o reclamatie de mai multe zile, nu a raspuns nimeni pana acum.

Never arrived
The product never arrived, I was never contacted by a courier, the tracking information was in polish (not my language) and at no point did I receive updates about the order. At some point I checked the status, translated everything, and noticed the packages was in a locker in a DIFFERENT CITY nearby. There was no info on when it'd be sent back from there or that the next steps are, I assumed it's still in transit. A couple of days later, when nothing changed, I decided to go get, but on that morning it was sent back.
The refund process was automated and smooth, received my money back quickly and with no issues, but I still wish I had the lamp instead :(

I ordered 3 lamps, all the same color, but i received 2 of the ones i ordered and one same model, but different color.

I ordered a corner lamp on December 07th, I received it but unfortunately it came with a broken lampshade.
I tried to return it, but I didn't succeed until December 31.

The ordered products are exactely as I wanted and arrived just în time, în good conditions. The quality is excellent, the price is ok
