Excellent, prompt service from Leo of LDS, who conducted a drain survey. The experience was so positive that my son used LDS who provided a detailed report.

We chose LDS as they are highly recommended on TrustPilot and they certainly live up to their 5 star reviews ! Leo was very professional and experienced.He identified the problem quickly and then returned to reconnect the waste pipe and clear up the soiling . It wasn’t a very pleasant job but he completed it very efficiently and throughout the whole process we were kept updated with written and photographic evidence and explanations. His estimate was clear and to be honest good value for money.
Thank you Leo for a job very well done , it is a pleasure nowadays to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work and is all about excellent customer service .

I’m a Landlord and I called LDS end September due to a smell under the floor of the dining room near to the drain and Sewage pipe . They came next morning and via a Camera showed me the Sewage pipe had collapsed. I got an immediate quotation and contracted the work for the following week . The job was completed in less time than was estimated and LDS reduced their price by 40% . What a service with photograph back up as I was on holiday . I’ve dealt with plenty of trades people over the years but LDS and Leo from Burnley MUST BE TOP OF MY LIST .
