I called LDS to work on a blocked soil drain for my parents, not a pleasant job as you can imagine. However the 2 employees that came out were simply brilliant, with a refreshing can do attitude and more importantly to me were very polite and respectful to my elderly parents. They cleaned up after the job and provided a simply outstanding service. Well done guys and thank you so much for your efforts.

LDS kept us fully informed throughout the repair of our drain. They are courteous, friendly, efficient and effective. As the repair didn’t take as long as expected the estimated bill was reduced accordingly, Marvellous! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Had LDS visit the job and do a survey for me. Incredibly prompt service and very professional.Spent several hours with their camera looking for a main drain ,which he found . Unfortunately he couldn't find certain details I needed for the planning office ,so when he called me he explained everything very clearly and also sent me links to Yorkshire water and what to do next . He also said he wouldn't charge me any as he hadn't provided the report details I needed,which is incredibly good of him . He also said he would happily compile a report for me when Yorkshire water provided me with more information. Absolutely top firm and couldn't recommend highly enough.
