What a fantastic company. Our kitchen sink blocked, causing major disruption. We called, out of hours, and spoke to Leo, who came to our rescue within the hour.
Leo was very pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable! He sorted our problem out and also fixed our hot water tap. We recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Following some torrential downpours over the weekend we discovered we had a drainage problem and contacted Leo after reading his excellent reviews. He arrived within an hour but was unable to locate the blockage in the surface water drain and returned 2 days later with additional specialist equipment. The blockage was located 20 metres from the house and thankfully Leo was able to resolve the issue.
His approach to the job, his professionalism and his ability to resolve the problem was nothing short of outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

Had issue with a drain on driveway that was flooding up to air bricks on house, called drain doctor at first who check main drains and no issues and told us that the drain with issue was a soak away and advised not to jet, costing us £360.
Had LDS come out and diagnosed with camera not soakaway and blocked by hedge roots, cleared away and good to go for £98 ! Top bloke and great service.

We relied upon an emergency plumber from ERG and they were pathetic. I rang at 6pm on a Friday night and Leon couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring.

Fantastic service, 100% ethical, really genuine guy wantd to help people and goes more than the extra mile for people, he did the best job possible for a very low price and even did more than he was paid for too. He could not have done more to help me and a fast response too.
I phoned this amazing guy in a real emergency and he went out of his way to help me, he was courteous, respectful, took a real pride in his work, solved the problem and the equipment he came with is amazing too. He even fitted my drain unblocking attachment onto my power washer, I could not work out how to do it. I could not have asked for more, he was so kind, so professional. Sent me electronic receipts too.
This guy surpasses all other companies in his field and I have called out most of the ones locally over the past 16 year, but I have not had service this good from the others.
I can recommend this amazing guy very highly, he is worth more than a zillions stars, never mind just 5!
You won't get a better service anywhere or a better price either.

Absolutely perfect. Came after working hours and saved us thousands in water damages.

Having had issues with our drains over the course of this last 24 hours, I did the usual google trawl and came across LDS who seemed like a really great company so decided to give them a call. They did not disappoint! Leo picked up straight away and from the off I felt like I was in a safe pair of hands. He arrived within the hour as promised and was able to quickly clear the blockage before getting to work with a CCTV camera to identify, what has rather unfortunately for us, turned out to be a subsidence issue with our property and resulting dislodged drains. Leo promptly sent me a drain report within a matter of hours and I now have something I can take to my insurer to get the ball rolling with remedial work. Having used other drainage companies in the past, both local and some of the big established names, the experience with LDS was a definite cut above the rest. Great communication, very knowledgeable and I felt like Leo cared about the issue. Great company, great bloke – I’d implore everyone to use LDS!

We had an emergency on a Sunday morning, I rang LDS and Leo answered the phone , I was so relieved he said I’ll be there within the hour which he was. He was very professional and friendly, after clearing the blockage, he explained what the problem was, he contacted United Utility’s on my behalf assuring me from now on it would be there responsibility, thankyou Leo for a fantastic job at a very reasonable price definitely a 5star service

I can't compliment this company and particularly Leo enough. From first phone call to home visit within the hour. The problem was quickly identified and then thorough and professional work done to solve the problem followed by carefull testing to make sure all was well.
