From start to finish very efficient service, great communication from Peter and fitters were great too, cleaned up and took everything away. Had 2 bay windows and one bedroom done. Excellent job, would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say how delighted I am with my new windows. Peter helped all the way through the process and his experience and advice certainly aided my choices on the final design.
The Installation team were fantastic. On time, and worked so hard all day to get the job done. They were very careful and sheeted all carpets to minimise dust. They made sure I was happy with final results. They finished off by ensuring all areas were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Highly recommend! Peter was extremely honest and upfront helping us choose a style and colour, such fair pricing and none of the salesman talk! Work done in the quotes time frame(6weeks!) and no hidden costs. We had a slight mix up with a privacy glass being the wrong pattern, I called Peter and the glass was swapped the next day. Fitters were brilliant, clean, tidy and extremely respectful. We love our new windows and door! Thank you 😊

Once contacted by Peter,Baz came and measured windows.Windows were fitted within 2 weeks.All areas cleaned and rubbish removed.I recommend this company.No messing about,already had bay window measured to have next.The work is professional and clean.I am amazed there is even a trim around wall and sill which really sets the windows.Thankyou for making the job so seamless,great team

After trawling through double glazing companies we lost the will to live until we came across Peter from Lancashire glass.
Peter kept I touch with us all the way through the process as communication is key. After speaking to Peter and getting a quote there was no point getting other companies involved as Peter put our minds at rest.
He gave us a great price as well no hidden extras just straight forward.
Nice friendly surveyor came and measured up and a few days later arranged a fitting date.
Fitting was a fast and efficient service into the bargain.

Peter was our first point of contact. He was great going through everything and we didn't feel pressured by him at all. The fitters did a lovely job, french doors, 2 replacement panels and composite front door with side panel. Cleared up after themselves as well. We did have a few glitches along the way where communication could of been better but everything was resolved so I wouldn't consider it fair to mark down on that basis. The quality is lovely and they are very reasonably price. So would recommend and use them again

We recently had 8 windows, 2 patio doors, and 1 front door installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was amazing — very polite, professional, and hardworking. They completed the entire installation in just two days and took care of everything from setup to cleanup.
One of the windows arrived with a scratch, but the team handled it immediately and professionally. They arranged a replacement straightaway and brought the new window the very next day. Their responsiveness and dedication to quality were truly impressive.

Peter contacted me last month because I was looking to replace my back windows and door and from the moment i fist initially spoke to Peter, he explained everything over the phone very clearly to me and sent me all the info on email straightaway. He advised and guided me all the way gave me a very good price but his service was so professional to the highest standards.
