Fantastic experience all around
The photos and description of my items were spot on! I got a 9carat vintage chain and little locking heart pendant. They are in fantastic condition and so much cooler than any brand new jewelry I could find anywhere. I’m in the US, and I really appreciated that the new tariffs were included in the sale price already, which made it easy to know what to expect. The shipping was also crazy fast, and I had my jewelry within 2 days of ordering.

Beautiful antique silver chain
This is my 3rd purchase from Lancastrian Jewelers and my experience, just like before, was exceptional!

I had previously bought something which I sent back (only because it just wasn't right for me) and this was no issue whatsoever. I got a full refund.
I have also been a bit of a pain asking for sooooooo much information on a couple of chains, which I didn't purchase in the end. Nothing was too much trouble. So helpful, understanding and, informative. Never under pressure to buy at any point.
This is a great place and I highly recommend. I will definitely use again.
