Delivery was super quick and the ring was lovely and good quality. Unfortunately it wasn't quite what I wanted as I needed it to sit against another ring. Communication was very good and returning was easy and I was refunded swiftly. I would definitely order again from this company.

UPDATE: Danielle had contacted me via email about the issue, but the email had gone into my junk folder. Great customer service as seen below in Danielle's response and will definitely purchase from Lancastrian Jewellers in the future.
The website and delivery were great. The ring is nice but the band is slightly misshapen and I thought this would be something that would've been corrected before being sold to a customer.
Would consider purchasing from the website in the future.
