Stay away from this company! NO RESPONSE
I ordered a UniFi 48 Pro Switch along with a 3m fiber cable from Landatel. While the delivery was not the fastest, the switch eventually arrived. However, upon unboxing, I discovered that the switch was a used, second-hand unit with visible scratches from a previous installation. While it functions properly, I had expected a brand-new product. I made no complain about this.
Additionally, the fiber cable was missing from the package, despite the box arriving in undamaged condition. Given this, I anticipated receiving my complete order as expected.
I have reached out to the company 5 times via email but have not received any response or acknowledgment. The lack of communication is disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend purchasing any equipment from this company. We have UniFi equipment worth €50,000–€100,000 installed, but there will be no more orders from us to this unprofessional company

Legit site
Legit site. With no reviews on trustpilot I was a little suspect at ordering, but these guys had blog posts, and a youtube channel so it seemed legit - and so it was. The order experience is designed more for companies, but other than that I have no complaints. Delivery from Spain to France was prompt, with various updates along the way. Would recommend.
