Excellent service highly recommend used their services to carry EICR on my properties.

Initially had a problem with a tripping breaker so called Galaxy and they were able to respond very quickly. Emgineer was very pleasant and did a great job of checking our system. System found to be OK but as the wiring was very old and the eight breakers were covered by 1 RCD it was felt safer to renew the electrical panel with RCDs per circuit. This would mean that, if the breaker still failed, it wouldn't take out all the electrics only those items on the effected circuit. So, we agreed the work to be done and a date and the engineer left.
In the time before the installation I discovered a small water leak under the toilet floor. I took the flooring up and found a live cable with a connection box attached lying in a puddle of water and this was what was causing all the electrical faults in our system. The water was from a hot water pipe that leaked more when the water was used and so sprayed water near to the cable, when not being used the water flow was a lot less and the socket had time to dry out and the fault would go!! The pipe was repaired and when the Galaxy engineer came the electrical system was updated and the live cable made safe.
The engineer was very easy to get on with, explained what he was doing, conducted a thorough safety check and took me through the system. I was very impressed with his quality of work and pleasant nature and would highly recommend him to others.

Having moved into a new house and needing to instal electricity for the car urgently Samar was excellent. We are now using him to rewire the house. He is very polite, arrives when promised, reliable, has tidy work, and very clear about costs so there are no surprises. Would highly recommend him and indeed have already done so.

I found out I had no hot water on Sunday afternoon.Samar came out promptly and sorted out the problem. I have to be careful about Covid. Samar kindly wore a mask and put on shoe covers. He was polite at all times.I highly recommend Samar.

Had outdoor lighting installation completed and electric bathroom light cabinet, of which were completed with the agreed timeline. Samar came around and quoted up for the work, polite and courteous and offers advice based on what I was looking for.

Both pieces of work completed to a high standard. I shared some feedback about the bathroom cabinet not being level enough for my liking, however Samar quickly resolved the issue with no problem at all and made it perfectly level.

I called Samar to book and EICR certificate. He came 2 days after my call, as planned, on time and with a big, friendly smile. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and, most importantly, very honestly. We were very impressed by his service and we would 100% recommend him to anyone.
