Worst laundry experience imaginable
washstation has the absolute worst service i have ever encountered, the advertising is straight up fraudulent and false, the machines constantly break or accept payment, freeze and then reset moments after basically taking your money without doing anything
the quality of the machines is awful, the washing and drying times can't be adjusted and the dryers are so weak they require multiple cycles at the highest setting to dry a batch of clothes, which implies having to constantly go in and out of the laundry room to start the machine since they have a weak 30 minutes time that does practically nothing to the clothes
the customer service is quite poor, usually the machines break and they dont really fix anything, rather they just reset them remotely to give the ilusion that something has been fixed, while the machine continues to fail
overall it is easily the worst laundry experience you can get, it would be faster more convenient and less time consuming to straight up wash the clothes by hand and dry them at the sun, this is the worst service i have ever experienced and i hope no one has the misfortune of falling for their fraudulent advertising.
