wonderful lovely people
The ladies on the 17th floor at the Heron Tower are wonderful lovely people. They always greet everyone with a cheery smile and never fail to oblige on any request (no matter how obscure)!
Keep up the good work
I love the offices in Old Broad Street. The support staff always go the extra mile and the offices themselves reflect a professional service and reflect well on us.
Good in majority of aspects but let down by technology service
Landmark is a great set-up - excellent front of house service, spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities. The overall set-up is only let down by the quality of the technology support, which is slow, inefficient and don't understand the commercial realities of having technology which doesn't work.
Jane and her wonderful team
The team and Jane have been fantastic and I have not one complaint.
My office is extremely boisterous and their tolerance towards that is second to one.
Long may this continue.
Internet is too expensive, toilets need to be cleaned on a regular basis

Superb Support and Service
I am in my 4th year at Holland House and it has been a very happy and rewarding time. Outstanding support and service from the Landmark team throughout. My only niggles are the toilet facilities, which could do with expanding, and the occasional problems with office temperatures. However, I have no wish to move. Well done to all at Landmark.

I've been a client for 10 years
It's not the cheapest serviced office location, but I've been a client for over 10 years, and I've met several other businesses that have been long term clients. It works for me, I have a Central London location where I can invite clients and where I don't feel I'm playing second fiddle to my competition. Sure, I'd like to pay less, but what would the real cost be?

Great Company
The team are lovely and friendly and a pleasure to work with. The IT department are quick to help with technical issues. The offices are kept to a very high standard. Aside from a few issues with the accounts department being slow to respond, Landmark are perfect.
