Great Offices
I have had an office at i2 Watford for over 3 years and throughout this time have been very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the working environment. Anytime an issue has arisen (and over 3 years there haven't been many) it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and resolved in all cases with a minimum of fuss. As an owner of a small business I need to be focused on what I do best and at i2 I find I can concentrate on the work, safe in the knowledge that I'm being well looked after in all other respects. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend i2 to other businesses looking for a serviced office solution.
I would not recommend them
We were in i2 offices for 5 months. We were next to a meeting room and the sound proofing was awful. This issue took 5 months to sort out and even when it was done the sound proofing was poor.
This meant we overheard numerous confidential conversations from other businesses, some of them pretty awkward! We decided to leave the building and asked if we could leave 1 month before the tenancy was due to end due to the issues we had. We also referred a friend to the building who took a large office on a year's contract (over £85k for 1 year) so they did very well out of us.
We were flatly refused and were given no gesture of goodwill. When we went to collect an item from reception there were already other people in the office! They claim these were i2 staff and this was just a coincidence...(I didn't recognise any of the people in there and all the reception staff and sales manager were in the reception area at the time. Reception staff were lovely by the way and very helpful). So they had other people in the office, still charging us rent and refused to offer anything to us at all. Unfortunately this is a severe case of there being no common sense or customer service in the senior management.
I tried to sort this out amicably. They do not deal with complaints very well. Was fobbed off and then when finally got through to the sales director on the phone (3 weeks) he was incredibly unhelpful and literally wouldn't budge.
The experience has been horrendous and I would not recommend to get involved with them. What would have been a small amount of money to i2 would have avoided us leaving with such a sour taste. Congratulations i2, screwing small business and offering terrible customer service. Poor form.
The best serviced office provider by far
I have had a virtual office with I2 in Watford for over 2 years.
I cannot fault the service and the standard of the accommodation is very high.
I use numerous locations to touch down and work in with the I2 access card, mainly Milton Keynes, Watford and London. The high standards are reflected in all of these locations, as is the high level of service.
I work in the commercial property market and chose I2 due to their excellent reputation within the industry and have not been disappointed. I am of the opinion that you will not find a better value option for flexible office solutions.

Since the initial viewing until now the i2 staff at Watford have been very flexible and helpful. We are a start up company and often found ourselves requiring help with things and the staff here were always accommodating.

People make impressions and decisions based on all sorts of input. As a professional hypnotherapist, it's important that the impression created by the office I welcome clients to, supports the effective solutions I provide. The i2 office at Meridien House in Watford does just that.
Discussions about moving in were easy, open and helpful. Moving in itself was straightforward and staff were really supportive. The environment is restful, facilities easy to access. Staff are all welcoming and flexible. One of my visitors today was amazed at the lovely space. Another has decided to take a virtual office himself because the facility is great value, fantastic location and really comfortable.

From the initial viewing to moving and getting set up all of the staff have been very professional and helpful which has made the whole process incredibly easy.
As a result I would definately recommend i2 offices to anyone looking for serviced offices.

We’ve recently become one of your tenants in Gracechurch after a short spell at your Aldersgate office. After being with Regus for the last 7 years. I just wanted to give you some feedback that I have been very impressed with pretty much every part of the process and service we have received so far.
Sales, Negotiations, Office design and most importantly all of your staff. Everyone without exception have all been friendly, pro-active, helpful and welcoming. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is a completely different experience to what we have received before.

The team here settling us in have been wonderful and took on board all our requests, even the most mundane. The IT, phones, and airconditioning etc. all work and we have had no difficulties getting up and running. We would recommend them hugely as a company and wish them every success going forward.
