He was always happy to answer questions, kept us updated, and never made us feel like we were a nuisance. His calm, approachable manner made a real difference and helped everything progress as smoothly as possible.

We recently bought a house where LT&C were the vendors agent. They were brilliant with us all the way through and if I am honest, more helpful at times than our solicitors. A great team in the Plymstock branch and even organised a second viewing for us without question. We are first time buyers and after this being our first experience, I know where we will go when it comes to selling, if we ever do. I would 100% recommend!

Staff provided a realistic valuation at the start of the process which meant the house sold quickly and at the expected price. We were kept updated at all times and the staff kept in touch with both sets of solicitors to ensure exchange and completion were carried out on the agreed date.

Avoid relying on this company if you're buying your first home. I enquired about a property for sale and was willing to pay in cash, but they ignored my request for a viewing and updated the listing to 'sold stc'. At least have the decency to say it’s already been sold, rather than just ignoring those who dream of owning a home. Very unprofessional.

Abi was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my rental property. She attended the viewing with me, was so lovely, and really made an effort to get to know me, which made the whole experience feel much more comfortable, especially as someone moving into their first home.

She took the time to give positive feedback to the landlord and recommended me, which I truly appreciate. Smooth transaction, expertly handled.

Both my self and my partner had the best experience with Abi. Her communication was on point at every step of the way. When the tenancy got delayed (through no fault of the agents) she kept us updated. throughout. She was so kind and considerate.

We bought our house through Lang Town & Country, completing on 28th November. We also sold through them. As a former estate agent I can highly recommend all the staff in the Plymstock Office who dealt with us efficiently, timely and answered all our questions. They dealt with all stages of the selling and buying, assisting us to co-ordinate both with our vendors, purchasers, surveyors and solicitors. Whilst selling and buying a house are inherently stressful, they made it as seamless as is possible - and the bottle of bubbly on completion was a lovely added touch. Whilst we never want to sell our home, if and when we do, we will give them our repeat business.

Langs sales were excellent (I purchased through them). They were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They also use a very effective sales progression company once the purchase price is agreed. This adds an extra layer of communication and assurance.
