Very supportive through an extremely difficult sale.

Very impressed with Lang Town and Country. All in the Plymstock office were very good. Especially impressed with Josh, with whom we had most contact.

An excellent Agency. They rapidly identified a suitable purchaser and diplomatically established that they were fully committed to our property. Throughout the journey to Exchange and Completion they maintained clear lines of communication between all the relevant parties and their Solicitors, and were always available to give advice and guidance where required. Based on our experience we would recommend them without reservation.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul and his excellent team. I had conversations with Holly, Josh, Natalie and Kathryn; they were always knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
After dealing with another agent in Plymstock for six months, whose staff simply did not know about buildings and regulations, consequently wasting our and the buyer's time before they understandably walked away and the sale fell through, I realised I needed a much better agent to sell our parent's house. Paul Preen explained everything they had got wrong and what should have been done.
The house was sold in less than four weeks and contracts exchanged three months later.
With plenty of viewings, I was kept informed at every stage and never had to chase anyone in the team.
I will be selling my home soon and will go straight to Lang Town and Country.
