Well for me they were fast and efficient. The print lacks a bit of definition but that's only because I went with the mega size. Overall very happy with my purchase.😀

It took 8 weeks to get the shirt I ordered, I received the wrong color and after month the print started fading and peeling. I would leave a picture of the current quality of the shirt if the review allowed the option too. It was way overpriced for what I received and I’m disappointed as it was a gift for my husband. Never again will I order from lanoprint.

An advert came up on my Facebook newsfeed for a T-shirt in the run up to Father’s Day in the UK. I ordered it and it wasn’t made clear in any way that this item was not in the UK. A month later and with Father’s Day been and gone I still don’t have the shirt. I can track it online, it took them 3 weeks before they even processed my order, and it’s now been sat for a week in a delivery office in the USA, not even on its way to the UK a whole month later. Very disappointed and I haven’t even seen it yet. I don’t hold out much hope of it being great quality reading other reviews on here. Company website has no email address details to write to, just a phone number abroad that I don’t want to have to pay to call. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a shirt on May 11 for Father’s Day since I know things are taking longer to arrive? They started printing May 12. Contacted several times to find out when it would be shipped. Get emails back saying they were discounting my order. Been over a month and I sent an email requesting a shipping date and now the email will not go through

The service is really mediocre. My order is a t-shirt and it’s been almost a month that i ordered it and the printing of the t-shirt is not even started. I will never order something from lanoprint ever again. It is for father’s day and i will have nothing to give to my father until like a week or more after father’s day, thanks a lot Lanoprint.

Before you buy a shirt from this company, search for it first, and see who they stole it from. Complete trash company.

Stole all my artwork off of Etsy and then sold it at a slightly lower price. Clearly they don't research the copyrights on what they sell - or they're happy to blatantly steal artists' work. My Etsy shop they stole from is called Home Squirrel and they took almost every single print.

I don't even want to give this company one star!! My husband ordered a Pink shirt for me for Christmas. The classic t-shirt is too big so I wanted it in other style, like youth or women's cut. They said that I can only re-order it in the classic. The difference between the small and medium is one inch....really?? It has been such a hassle. Do not waste your time and order from them. Plus, the quality is not great at all.

The shirt I purchased was too small. They kindly gave me a full refund! Very good doing business with them!

Shirt image was advertised on the front of the shirt, the shirt I received had the image printed on the BACK of the shirt and was a poor quality and stiff to boot. I emailed them a picture of the issue and tried several times to get a reprint or refund and they kept saying that my "order matched the advertising" and would not assist me. Will never buy from them again. Poor customer service and poor product

Misprinted a shirt and refused to refund the purchase or send me a new one. Then, the customer service agent was borderline aggressive with me. When I asked to talk to supervisor he became agitated and refused.

If I could put a zero I would have. But not happy at all. Typo in their products n customer SUCKS...does not try to get anything resolved without red tape n making you jump thru hoops. Please don't post from Lanoprint. It's not worth the headacheheadache

The product was exactly as advertized. Sizing is good, printing and quality of the T-shirt are great!

Great quality, limited issue clothing. My daughter was so pleased we managed to order in time. Delivery was efficient and reasonable.
