Product was nothing special,the print was vibrant but the extra color on the cover was prity much non existent, one was good as pictured but the other was'nt changed in any way to accommodate for the cammera hole so the emblem was 70% gone in the hole?

Kept seeing the ads online, ordered a gift for my mom. Printing looked terrible, so I complained. They sent me a new shirt, which also looked terrible. At this point, I just wanted to give up, but they do not offer refunds, so now I'm about to be sitting on a 3rd, poorly-printed shirt. Their customer service is alright, but I do not recommend.

I purchased a BEATLES T-shirt as a gift and was too embarrassed to even give it to them. Print quality was a joke.

I ordered an I-Phone cover as a Christmas present and received the incorrect cover. Upon contacting customer service I was informed that the "campaign" for that cover had ended and that I would be given a full refund. While I appreciate getting my money back, that does not correct their error and I am now without the Christmas present I had planned to give. I will not be patronizing this company again.

My school library ordered a poster. It arrived with a large misspelling on it. We asked Lanoprint to either give us the poster with the spelling corrected, or give us our money back, or give us in-store credit to get something else for the library since we obviously can't put a poster with a large misspelled word on the school library wall. They refused to help us in any way because they said the misspelling was in the online photo so we should have known it would be spelled wrong. Wow. Very poor product and poor customer service. Will not order from them again and have been telling others to avoid Lanoprint.

Purchased a beatles t shirt, when it arrived i was extremely disappointed that the printing was blurred. Extremely poor quality control should never have been dispatched, unfortunately i am not the only person who had an inferior product delivered judging from other reviews. Completely unacceptable.

I've already shared this comment in a prior review. The quality of shirt was good. No complaint on that. However, the inking on the t-shirt was very disappointing. It was faded and looked as if the shirt had been washed many, many times...very unlike the t-shirt shown in your Facebook post showing bright solid colors. Won't be purchasing from Lanoprint in the future.

I received the Astros cup in brown. The symbol is not visible% unfortunately the entire cup is dark brown.
Customer Service informed me that hot liquids in cup will show print. It worked & it’s really cute. Also ordered Astros t shirt & it’s too cute!

Ordered a Beatles t shirt and it was quite simply the worst printing I have ever seen and a total waste of a good quality Fruit of the Loom shirt. Blurry, process colours totally misaligned, so bad I didn’t even bother unfolding it completely I just chucked it in the bin rather than waste time asking for a refund.
Avoid this company completely. You might as well print your own tshirts with a potato!
