I purchased after looking on Trustpilot for the best LED masks as was encouraged by this company being on top, however I saw that there was money back guarantee so felt if after 60 days I wasn’t happy I could receive a refund. However this became faulty just after 30 days so felt I was within the time frame for a refund as was not happy with the product, they refused saying it was over 30 days and when I pointed out about the money back guarantee, they said it wasn’t for that product but the guarantee was on their website, so they gave a replacement which on the first use was faulty again with this time I was after just a refund, not a replacement! I was then having to chase for a reply only to be told that they would send another controller! They were hell bent on keeping my money and customer satisfaction was not on their agenda, I hasten to add I never received the controller! This is a poorly managed, misleading company whoI would never have shopped with if it wasn’t for your recommendation and certainly without a money back guarantee, which they clearly stated! So I’m now left with a faulty product and £180 poorer!

Misleading
I ordered and started using Lanveza’s IPL handset. I had it on the lowest intensity and ensured that I had shaved and exfoliated before using the device. However, it did not agree with my skin. I contacted Lanveza as they claim to have a 90 day money back guarantee, but when I was responded to, I was told that my situation did not make the requirement for a return. The 90 day money back guarantee is a scam. The company suggest to use the device once a week at first yet one of the “requirements” is that you must provide evidence that you have used the device twice a week for 60 days. Very misleading and false advertising!

After extensive research whilst looking to buy an IPL device for my wife I decided that I would not buy from Lanveza. Potential customers may wish to explore the Companies House website and a connection to Russia. Consequently, obtaining any redress through English courts may be extremely problematic. The feedback on Trustpilot indicates that the company regularly fails to comply with UK consumer legislation. The review is my opinion, but it is based on Companies House documentation and reviews that have been published on Trustpilot and on the number of reviews on the company’s own website. The latest published accounts on Companies House website shows Lanveza making a loss, but this is inconsistent with the large number of positive reviews on their website. Lanveza Ltd is registered currently at 71 - 75 Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ along with 83,610 other active registered companies. In 2024 it declared that it had 0 employees. Make of that what you will.

Fantastic communication and good quality product.
Fantastic communication. Anastasia got back to me immediately (and several times) when I had a query about Royal Mail delivery. My LED face mask arrived so quickly that I was not able to be in to sign for it, so had to arrange re-delivery. I have only used the mask once but am very impressed by the quality.

A Company That Fails Its Customers – Extremely Disappointing Experience
They are not deserving of a star.
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. My experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I feel it is important to warn others before they make the same mistake.
The product I received was not as advertised and fell well below the standard I expected based on their website. From the outset, I raised my concerns with the company and provided them with multiple opportunities to resolve the matter amicably. Despite this, their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to take accountability for the issues I experienced.
Adding to the frustration, the company prominently advertises customer-friendly guarantees and return policies on their website as part of their marketing. However, these claims are highly misleading in practice and appear designed to reassure potential buyers rather than offer any meaningful protection once a sale is completed.
It is deeply concerning to encounter such practices in an industry where trust and transparency should be paramount. In the end, I was left with expensive items that are unfit for purpose and no constructive resolution from the company.
As a result of their unwillingness to engage in good faith, I have been left with no choice but to escalate this matter through legal and financial channels to recover my losses.
This entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Based on what I have encountered, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely and seek out businesses that value their customers and stand by the quality of their products.

This behaviour does not reflect a company focused on customer care or transparency. Instead, it highlights a concerning pattern of ignoring customers privately while attempting to manage reputation publicly.
Regarding your returns and guarantee policy: I stand by my comment that it is misleading. The “90-day money-back guarantee” is presented as a broad offer, but in reality, it is limited to a single product. Your return conditions — which require items to be unopened and unused — do not align with UK consumer law, which permits customers to inspect and trial online purchases to assess their suitability.

IPL hair removal handset did not work
I purchased the IPL hair removal handset in January. After a lengthy delivery process, I began weekly treatments in February with the device on the highest setting.
It is now July and I have still seen no improvement in the hair growth on my legs. My hair is still just as thick and grows in just as fast.
I followed all the instructions carefully. I have pale skin, dark hair, shave prior to treatment, and take a long time to ensure I cover all areas. Even with the glide function, it can take around 30 minutes just to do my lower legs as it’s very slow.
I have exceeded the 12 week timeframe (it’s been around 15/17 weeks now), and am currently using the device twice or more times a week in a final attempt to see some improvement. After a few weeks of this I am still not seeing any change.
The device was expensive and has been very time consuming to use - having to shave regularly and often dedicate a full hour to complete my legs. I now have ingrown hair scars from the constant shaving and feel worse about my legs than ever before.
I’m really disappointed as I was hoping this would be a better solution than expensive salon treatments, but I may have to rethink this.
I would not recommend the IPL handset. Traditional laser treatment is a better and proven affective option.

I am leaving another review following actions taken by Lanveza. This company needs to be held accountable for their bad products and shoddy service.
I purchased the mask in mask in March - My order was initially delayed and I had to chase it. In June I noticed there were cracks forming in the plastic the LEDs were set in. I was storing the mask in the box it came in and using as described. I took photographs, emailed Lanveza, and they sent me a replacement.
The replacement then also stopped working properly within weeks. The lights were flickering on the blue setting.
By this point I did not trust the quality or safety of these masks so I asked for a refund. Lanveza agreed to a full refund when I sent back both broken masks.
I packaged them both in the one box I had remaining. I luckily still had the box for the new mask, I had thrown the rest of the packaging away, as you do, because I expected to keep my product. I don't keep loads of packaging lying around my house.
I sent Lanveza the tracking details and a photograph of the box I sent BOTH masks in and they are now refusing to refund me because they don't believe me that I have sent both masks back. If they opened the box they would see both masks in there.
These masks are not worth the money you pay for them and are potentially dangerous. This refund process is also awful and I will be taking legal action if they don't refund me by the end of the day. Avoid this company at all costs, save your money and buy a proper LED mask that wont potentially burn your house down.

Purchased the IPL laser hair removal. Opened the box, read the instructions to find it doesn’t work for blonde/red hair and requested a refund. They are refusing to do a refund, it’s not their company policy. I have informed them of my consumer rights. They are still refusing. I can use it, and then get a refund (possible) under their 90 day money back guarantee! Stay away from this company

Lanveza has been dissolved ! This is a scam!
Companies house says this company was dissolved! I sent them £149 on sunday6/7 to buy a laser hair remover as trustpilot said it was listed as the top product.
Just heard from Anastasia at Lanveza that the item has been dispatched! Even though there is no company listed at the said business address on the Lanveza website. So watch this space ! I will change review if product arrives- but I’m still quite sceptical !

Feels like a scam!!
I was so excited to try the hair remover but have been left frustrated and disappointed.
My order was confirmed in the 22nd June. No tracker number was received. Contacted customer service who provided me with a tracking number. Royal Mail say they are still waiting for the parcel to be given to them. Contact customer service again to find out more. Told that it’s a Royal Mail problem, spoke to Royal Mail again and told they don’t have the parcel !!! So I’m left £150 out of pocket and going round and round in circles between customer service and Royal Mail !!! Off to the bank I go now to complete a credit card dispute !!

Having used the face mask for 7 days, I feel that there has been an improvement in my skin texture and depressed inflammation and puffiness, a lack of of acne despite my work environment and a reduced visibility of life lines, having received compliments of improved aura and youthfulness I can say that this technology is worth the value

Doubts on doubts
I bought the led mask but what came is looking different from what’s on the website. My sister also bought the neck mask and it came without branding on it.. doesn’t really look original. Customer service refused to give her a refund and she never used the neck mask and also keeps on telling us that it’s all original. If it’s original then update your website.

False and misleading
Purchased the face and neck mask on the website it stated money back guarantee so I thought if not suitable I could send them back but this is not the case. They give you that false sense of security.
Firstly I was not sent tracking details so had to email them,then they were sent separately which I thought was odd but realised why the neck mask is not their own it was not branded so came from another supplier they are £85.00 yet they are selling for £179.00. Very deceitful and profitering. The mask doesn't cover the areas I wanted to focus on my nose and above my lip these areas plus the top of my forehead is missed and not illuminated by the red light.
I contact them for return details as overhead panel would be more suitable for me and I mentioned the neck mask I could get for 85.00.
They are saying they won't accept returns so they are false advertising on the products information so in breach of advertising truthfully.
All their reviews are positive no negative i left a review but can't see it not sure if they only accept positive so that remains to be seen.
I am very dissatisfied with the whole purchase from start to finish and feel like I've been robbed by bandits.
I wouldn't even give one star for this company I would advise not to purchase from Lanveza there are other reputable company's like QVC. I wish I had made a purchase there instead.
They state on the face mask page money back guarantee and they state on the neck mask page Try it risk free for 90 days yet they won't accept my returns less than 2 weeks of collecting them from my collection point. I say BUYER BEWARE ! This is a trap they do not accept returns as they come under the hygiene regulations they say, but they don't have a hygiene seal on the items to start with so how can you break them once received.
So why state the guarantees on the item pages yet they won't accept the returns. It's a huge contradiction.

They state on their reply on here to get in contact for further help they just give lip service the same blah blah blah its a complete waste of time they don't help once they have your money you are stuffed.
They say they will help with problems you encounter with the fit of the masks but that is also lies they a have not done a thing or suggested anything.
There is no hygiene seals on these products but using that as an excuse to not accept returns. So open the box and you have broken hygiene seals. OMG!
The mask has rubber inserts in the eye area which is hard and digs into your eye sockets which leaves indentations that stay for some considerable time and areas of the face not illuminated with the lights. These are cheap nasty products. The neck mask belongs to another company a totally different box with no directions of use and did not come together with the face mask.
This company should be taken down.
