Awful.

Awful. Sent me a faulty IPL device that ended up causing severe burn-like irritation on my skin during a patch test Lanveza themselves instructed me to do and because it is no longer sealed, I cant return it apparently. How am I supposed to determine if a device I ordered works if powering it up negates the warranty and ability to return? They claim 1 year warranty and 90 days return guarantee, but it is a scam and false advertising. Clearly it is illegal, just go to the government website to check your rights. Lanveza have also tried to claim this to be a personal use item that can't be returned if it had been tried (usually applies to items like tampons and underwear), which is total nonsense. This is a device like a shaver or a UV nail lamp, which is absolutely fine to be returned even if there were no problems, but this clearly is not fully functional. They also claimed my skin is sensitive or something else is wrong with me, but of course not their device, but then how was i ok with other big brands like braun but not Lanveza? Also, if it is a rule that they can't accept used items back for hygiene reasons then how are they able to offer 90 days money back guarantee if results after USE are no good? Clearly they contradict themselves at every step. No matter what you say to Lanveza, they will try to wiggle out of it. Such companies should have no place on the market.
By law shops must accept returns of faulty goods. Had to raise a dispute with my bank so that Lanveza accepts a return. Will see what happens. Scammers. Stay away!!!

Very happy!

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about my beauty mask order and wondering if I’d made the right choice. But honestly, I don’t know what people are unhappy about. It arrived fairly quickly and the quality is excellent. It’s nicely packaged and certainly didn’t give me the impression of a cheap product - quite the opposite, it’s what I’d expect of a expensive purchase. I’ve not been using it for long, but so far have absolutely no complaints. Very happy with it! 😁

I ordered a Lanveza IPL handset

I ordered a Lanveza IPL handset. I used it twice weekly for 15 sessions underarm, unfortunately it did not work for me. I had read reviews after buying this product and so followed the returns policy exactly (taking pictures before shaving and treating twice weekly). I emailed customer services, they were quick to reply and asked me do return the product for a refund. I have today received my refund of £150. The return process took less than a week from first email to return of money. If you are going to buy one of these m advice is read the returns policy and make sure you follow it.

Red light therapy mask

After ordering the light therapy mask hoping it would help with my scarring. Between ordering and receiving the mask, I asked my GP and dermatologist if I should use this mask, as I had read on google that it was not advised for skin cancer, as I have had surgery around my eyes for basal cell carcinoma and major reconstruction they both strongly advised against, I contacted lanveza with my
Problem. But as I had opened one side of the box they would not accept a return. Nothing has been used and everything in its original packaging. Even though it states on their website a 90 day money back gaurantee. So disappointed. Lanveza now state the money back is only for a hair removal product. I have scoured the website and there is no mention of it only being a particular product.
I strongly suggest that Lanveza state in their website that a skin warning should be mentioned for anyone with basal cell carcinomas

Don’t fall into this scam.
I came across this brand through a review site. I clicked on the product link as this was the best review with best price. The cons they said it’s only available online and only in the UK. When I clicked on the link, the currency was in USD. Huh?? It is a big red flag.
Then I came here to check and confirm it is guarantee a scam. So ppl, don’t fall for it.
All the positive reviewers have only one review and you can almost tell they are not genuine.

Add note:
I am based un the UK and you only sell to the UK. Tell me the reason your website quoted me in USD. Or I was mis told that you are now not based in the UK but the US or China?

SCAM dint buy!!!!!

I have been for over 10 days waiting for the refund , when. It is men’s to be 3-5 days, that never comes and they don’t even share the remittance advice or evidence that is done, clearly they have stolen my money and they are SCAM don’t buy from them this is not a legal company at all.

Ps: the screenshot of the refund shared didn’t have any information such the date that was processed or my card details to be able to double check has been sent to the right one, my bank cannot allocate a payment because the details shared only stays “refund and my name” no more details , isn’t a proper document , as I said the refund was due 13 days ago and still isn’t there. I have requested to send a detailed remittance advise of the refund and hasn’t been shared.

AVOID

Avoid this company. I bought a light mask and the quality is very poor. Refused to refund even though I had only open box. So as I had to keep it I tried it, fits like cardboard and has no lights along the upper lip which should be a targeted area. Complete rubbish

I lost my controller

I lost my controller, and within a couple of days they had sent me a new one for free.
The red light therapy mask works well, slightly uncomfortable but pain is beauty.
Would recommend to anyone with skin issues.

Didn’t Work For Me and Can’t Return

The Lanveza IPL didn’t work for me despite using it twice a week for 60 days as per the instructions. I had to physically shave my legs every day to remove stubble, so I gave up.
Lanveza offer a ‘90 day money back guarantee’ but it is impossible to return this product despite that guarantee even though ‘we [Lanveza] created it to ensure customers have the opportunity to return the device if it doesn’t work for them.’ You had to have been taking photos all the time you’d used the device to be able to supply the 12 photos (time and date stamped) required to meet their guarantee protocol but by the time you become aware of this, your return window has expired.
Further, according to their response to my email, there are ‘several factors that can contribute to hair removal sessions being less effective’.
If you’re unsure about purchasing this product, I would suggest you read Lanveza’s refund policy very, very carefully beforehand. Personally, however, I would avoid.

Lanveza is a SCAM. This company will not refund you if you are not seeing results

Lanveza is a SCAM DO NOT BUY. Any reliable and trustworthy brand would accept a refund if their product didn’t work for the person. The refund policy says 90 days within purchase. Lanveza wouldn’t accept my refund within 60 days of purchase. For a little bit about me/context- I had been driving to london to have my laser hair removal done at a beauty salon before this bulls***. It worked wonders but was costing me too much in fuel to drive down there every month. I thought i’d try Lanveza and see if i could save myself the time and money. Bad idea… I used Lanveza once a week, consistently, hoping to get some results. I really gave it a shot. After 60 days, my underarm and bikini line hair was still growing back, thick and just as quickly. I sent Lanveza an email and i sent them some photos(they asked!) of the areas that i had been treating. To my disappointment, my pictures didnt qualify the refund policy. Although it says on the website that you can return the package within 90 days of trying it out, this is not true!

You can not return any product if you have opened the box, but you cannot see the product until you have opened the box there must be be a better way, sealed in plastic in the box like earrings are for example
