First solo holiday in Lanzarote

First solo holiday in Lanzarote, Hotel Beatzis . Costa teguise
Large hotel , all rooms have a pool /mountain view , large restaurant with buffet style meals , 2 entertainment spaces down stairs, Outside has 3 large pools and 4 activity areas, (tennis, chess, football )
Bedrooms are a little dated but clean .large bathroom, shower and bath , mini fridge ( no kettle ) but can be got from reception for a fee.
Staff where very polite and friendly.
Would stay here again , budget friendly.

The photos of the rooms have nothing to do with reality. Inside, the bathroom is old, the doors are damaged, and the walls give you the feeling of being in a prison. This place feels more like a 2-star hotel, especially when compared to other 4-star hotels in Spain.

On the first evening, a waiter was shouting that food must be eaten only inside the dining area – no taking anything to your room. How can you talk to all-inclusive guests like that in a so-called 4-star hotel?

The pools are old and poorly maintained. The food was stale, with vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat all tasting like they’d been sitting out for days. The vegetables looked like they were cut a week ago. Nothing tasted fresh, and the flavor overall was terrible.

The mattresses in the room were nothing but springs – extremely uncomfortable.

If you've ever stayed in a proper 4-star hotel in Spain, you’ll know what a big difference that makes. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs.

My worst holiday ever

we arrived at the Ebla Lanzarote Royal Village Resort checked in as you would to where or suite was and given direction which was highlighted on a plan of the hotel , so we found our way and to our surprise we found our self in a 3 apartment block like a glorified holiday camp. which was app 800 yard from the amities we tried immediately to be move closer no sorry fully booked,
the male staff on reception where extremely arrogant and did not always tell the truth, we could cut our journey back to our so called suit by half by using the electronic gate Omar gave us a phone number to call and he said they would open the gate , when we phone we was told the gate was broken i was sanding next to the gardener i ask him he got hid fob out hay presto the gate opened when i went to reception no one would say it was them ,the female staff was always obliging and open the gate
The food was not what i would call a 4Starr it was substandard and as for the queue to get a drink at the poll bar was at least 25 meters long and only one staff working in the bar
We paid for what we thought and was told it was for adults only holiday there was parts where children was not allowed but this was not the case .
I have never been so disappointed whit a holiday

And on top of that our plan was delayed and transferred to another airport and left to sort our selves out to get home
we got home a day later
Well done Easy jet
