Really poor customer experience as I had issues with a bad fabric inner layer merino shirt. Customer services simply dismissed the issue saying that fabric has to pass many test. It shrunk and fabric became stiff despite being washed at 30 degrees celsius. Quality of Isadore and Rapha products is much higher and not significantly more expensive. Can definately not recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the jerseys. Buying cycling jerseys and shoes can be a difficult task to find a correct fit. I ended up going too big, but sized down on my second order. Let's face it, we are all shaped differently. Anyways, I like the fabric and great quality zipper. I ended up with three Livery jerseys that have worked great in the high heat here these last few weeks. The Livery has plenty of ventilation. If I was to ask for something this jersey doesn't have, it would be a mini pump loop in the center pocket.

I have bought cycling clothes from LaPassione since four years ago and it’s impressive not only the already well known quality of their products, which is amazing, but also their super fast and easy to track shipment.

Ordered a jersey and the clothing quality seems pretty good and the fabric is quite nice while riding. I like a very tight race fit and messaged them before I ordered to ensure I got something that fit. I gave A LOT of measurements and voiced my concerns about how the sizing chart recommends a size larger than I am in most brands. They assured me that their clothes are very tight and this is why. When the order came, it was definitely not a race fit. The fabric in the front of my chest and around the stomach flaps way too much for my liking in the wind. I messaged them before I used the jersey and they said they gave me a size out of "safety" so it wasn't too tight and I could pay to return it and order a different size. All the other brands that I've gone with have been awesome when it comes to referring a size and doing a free of charge exchange if their recommendation was off.

I would love to try the size lower but I've also read other reviews where if you don't order the size specified to your measurements, they may not honour warranty claims because you chose a size that was "too small" and that "is the cause of damage" which makes me very wary to order anything else from them.

LaPassione sell cool and pretty looking clothes at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the quality is very poor: things wear out quickly, the stretch transforms into a white powder. I have ordered clothes over several years. The first ones started to decompose after 2 years only. The price is way too high for this! I own bike shorts from Sugoi or Pearl Izumi, which I have used for 10 years and are still in great condition. They were maybe 20 or 30% more expensive, but obviously last many times longer. LaPassione is unfortunately throwaway quaility.

Slow deliveries which take 8 to 10 days, high U.K. pricing compared to La Passiones European language sites, which on some lines is 40/50% more in some cases and finally sizing that appears to have changed. M in most brands, struggle to fit L for La Passione.

As others have mentioned, there is a £5 fee for returns where as most companies of a similar size would honour a free return.

Better brands at home (U.K.) which are also cheaper, better fitting clothing and more customer centric service.

I've been using Lapassione for a few years now, I have a merino jersey and jacket, a winter jacket, arm&leg warmers, and bibs.

Very comfortable, high quality materials that have endured many thousands of miles used in hot and cold climates, 90s - 40s here in the San Francisco area.

The price is fair considering the quality, style and fit vs other logos I use.

3 orders in one week. The sizes are actually really small. Normally size M and with La Passione size XL.

Read about the return policy (5,-). I ordered 3 times because of the size issue. I paid up front around 1000,- plus.

Emailed them that I want to keep for around 400,- of products with the question I want to return 3 orders in once and only get charged 1 time 5,- in stead of 3 times. You might think if you buy for 400,- on products that this would be oke. But not...

Oh and by answering "it is in our policy on the website", like on every complain below. That isn't it making it oke.

Maybe you should do something about it and listen to your customers. You have a really high rate of bad reviews. And thats a shame because the products are from high quality and looking really nice.

I have been purchasing LaPassione apparel exclusively for several years now. I love the fit and value for the quality of apparel that I receive. Customer Service is always responsive and returns are very easy. I do wish all the bib straps were white so they wouldn't show through a light colored jersey.

In last year I bought 4 or 5 bibshorts, 1 jersey, 2 jackets...I think it is obvious what I think about La Passione.

Nice quality shirt and socks. The order was in a few days in Holland.

They charge £9 for delivery, which is pretty extortionate for an order worth £68.

They claim that returns are 'easy', they are anything but, it's the most complicated, difficult, and expensive returns process I've ever experienced shopping online. They have the audacity to charge customers a £5 fee for returns (is this even legal?), and they make you print off many documents (I don't have a printer, how am I supposed to do this, it's 2022 for god sake).

The company is a joke, I know Italy has a bad reputation for customer service, and this company really confirms this. Avoid at all costs.

I've had no problem with the company itself, delivering product in a speedy manor or resolving a problem with a garmet. There's some room for improvement though, by that I mean the currency would be easier if it was listed in your own not USD. Most companies do this now. Secondly mention the size and weight of the models and use different ones, the ones they show are all toothpicks. Show some more built riders, 75kg - 95kg at least.

I bought several items from teh "La Passione"website (winter trousers, winter jacket, wind/rain jacket shirt and matsching socks and gloves). I am tall (193) and all the items have a nice tied fit, without being uncomfortable. The winter apparel is really warm and well suited for cycling outside during Dutch winters. Conclusion is that I can recommend products from La Passione. Good quality for the price!
