Super fast delivery and as usual, the clothes are from a very high quality! Only one thing, also women wants do ride in the colder temperatures, so it would be great if you could also sell warmer clothes for women. I always have to buy the XS from the mens - but they fits me very well :-)

I’m very happy with all my past purchases of LaPassione. Products are very nice, good quality snd durability and service is excellent.
I placed the last order on Saturday morning and on Monday, voilá, it was already delivered to Zürich.

The products are really nice and the customer service reacts very quickly. DHL was later than promised and Elisa reacted promptly on every mail. The PSN bibshort has long legs (just under the knee) and the comforts is better than my Assos especially the leggrippers are way better than Assos' newer models.

If anyone has any doubts about the quality of the products, then don’t - they are excellent. I have had at least four pairs of bibshorts over the years and they have all been excellent, including the thermal versions that work well with either knee or leg warmers depending on the temperature. My latest purchase was a windproof jacket, which seems as good quality as ever, however I have not had chance to wear it yet as I needed to send back the recommended xs for a slightly less snug S. I think having to pay £5 to facilitate and process the return is fair (as even Wiggle are charging for some returns now, plus my return to La Passione was collected after a return I made to Wiggle, yet it was received and refunded before the Wiggle return - in fact as of the time of writing I still haven’t been refunded by Wiggle!). Grazie mille, La Passione!

I am a returning customer and I have never been disappointed by Lapassione.
I am using Lapassione bibshorts and jerseys on almost all my rides, and they never let me down.
Customer service was prompt to answer when I had questions regarding sizing or advices on products.

I have already bought a couple of jerseys and bib shorts and I am satisfied with the purchase process. But what is unacceptable from my point of view are the costs for the exchange (the return fee for Austria 5 €). Therefore, in the future I will think carefully about whether I will buy something from La Passione Cycling.
ps. statement form La Passione Cycling regarding the request for the refund was; "The return fee for Austria according to our Return Policy is 5€".

I recently bought two bib shorts, one of them being more premium. After the first rides and before washing the premium one, the outside part of the pad started tearing off and showing its internal white material. The Club shorts were as I bought them.

After sending the photos to the company, they say it is my fault and that I cannot show it is bad quality produced, and that I may have damaged it myself while riding it or washing it. They offered a 30% discount, but no solution to the damaged piece.

With all, I ended up with some scratched Bib Shorts and a bad experience with the customer service.

I would read the reviews and look for other brands, that although they may be more expensive, they guarantee quality products and service.

I love these products so much. I'm 178kg and 90kg, but jersey and bib fit well in large sizes. Although I am purchasing without exceeding 125 euros due to taxes, there are still many things I want to buy. And Sara, thank you always.

I have nothing but great experiences with lapassione, fair price for excellent product. Although I have never had to return any items, I found the sizing guide to be spot-on, new shoppers to European sizing. China sizing, US sizing, are definitely different. A little assistance goes a long way.
And the delivery is amazingly fast. Thank you for that.
Love the material’s, fit is great, when you order the correct size.
And COVID…. Give me a break, everyone was having problems. Some still are.
