Friendly customer support and great service
Except for an issue with the tracking of my order, which customer support fixed promptly,the service was excellent. Took seven business days to ship, but arrived in two days after that. The delivery box was lined in bubble wrap and each of the figures' boxes were wrapped in bubble wrap as well. Came with a little complementary card of the Lapin Noir mascot, sadly it was the same one I received last time.

Very satisfied. Good customer service and good prices. Each item was sealed and individually covered with bubble wrap. Box had lots of padding inside and was packed very nicely.
Ordered 20x figures, choose Sea Mail shipping (to Canada), took ~3 months. Had to pay a small customs fee to Canada post.

Bought Rei Ayanami PVC figure at a good price. Surprisingly it was shipped out 2 days later, that was considered fast as it was just after the Japan Shōgatsu holidays. Item received in good condition and packaging as well.
On another note, I ordered another figure from different store during the same period. It was not shipped even after 2 weeks, citing that they just return to work after the New Year holidays...
Hence a very big thumbs up to LapinNoir for the fast shipment even around holiday seasons.

Great store, fast shipping, but quirky website
They had a figure in stock I was shopping around for but I wasn't able to put it in my cart. I contacted support and they confirmed it was in stock and fixed the issue promptly, I got the figure ordered and it was shipped within a day or so, so they're perfect in that regard.
If you're running something to block cookie popups though make sure its disabled. I use I Still Don't Care About Cookies and I can't log in when its enabled. Took me a little while to figure out why I was unable shop there on certain browsers.
