After looking all over for a replacement battery for a really old laptop, I ordered from this company as a result of their good reviews here on trustpilot. This particular battery comes in one of three potential screw layouts. After I ordered, the company emailed me to confirm the right part. They were very polite and pleasant. Dispatch was quick, although since it was coming from Hong Kong there was a bit of a gap in getting any tracking updates. I checked in with them by email and again, polite, pleasant and swift response. It arrived 2 weeks after ordering, and I confirmed the battery to be in excellent health - as good as new. Would definitely use again for an obscure replacement part!

I purchased a battery for my Teclast…
I purchased a battery for my Teclast M40 Tablet. Unfortunately the battery failed after a month of daily use. I contacted Laptop Battery and reported the problem to them. I was immediately informed that a new battery was on its way to me, and it arrived in good time. I was also informed that there was no need to return the faulty battery to them although I was prepared to do this.
I cannot express my gratitude to Laptop Battery for their excellent response to my problem.

Excellent price for an old and somewhat obscure laptop battery. Dispatch was fast. Delivery takes a while but is worth the wait, as the battery has brought a defunct laptop back to life for a small cost. Very impressed with this supplier.

Well worth it the wait and cost.
All I will say is that, the wait was worth it. And was surprised to find the tools included in with the battery itself. However although I've given a maximum rating I did have to use an alternative posi-drive screwdriver, as I had an issue with using it, to turn the relevant screws, was most likely a manufacturing error, with that particular screwdriver. Other than that ... I'm happy with what I've got. Thanks.
