Very annoyed with dishonest service

Very annoyed: my wife asked them to clean one of my work laptops, which they did well enough. But then they charged me more than double because without my permission they reinstalled the BIOS - which is an automated process initiated by simply pressing two keys during boot.

When my wife went to collect the laptop and queried them on this, she was told they 'repaired the motherboard.' When she asked why the itemised bill stated they 'reinstalled the BIOS,' she was told 'that is the same thing.'

If I had the time and money, I'd take them to court.

As it is, I will in future be using a different service.
