Drop shipping scammers
I ordered an item from this website that did not match the photos or quality shown online. The product appeared to be very low quality compared to what was advertised.
Delivery took more than two weeks, which was much longer than expected for a webshop targeting EU customers.
When I contacted customer service within 14 days, I was offered partial refunds (10% and later 15%) instead of a full refund. When I insisted on returning the item, I was informed that the only return option was to send the product back to China at my own expense, which was not clearly disclosed at checkout.
Based on this experience, the website appears to operate as a dropshipping store, with products shipped from outside the EU and returns handled overseas. No EU return address or prepaid return option was provided.
DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
