Would definitely recommend. Such a lovely product and brand, everything from the packaging to the email marketing is really considered. I’ve purchased twice now, two watches from two of the different ranges, both as gifts.

Looks great, customer service team very helpful
Really love the look of the watch, however after having had it for about 9 months it started running slow, I therefore thought it must be the battery so I had it changed but it continued to run slowly (losing about 5 mins every couple of hours), must be something wrong with the actual mechanism. Larsen & Eriksen team have been really great at handling my case and are looking at it now, hopefully it gets sorted!

It's really rare that we see this, but - as long as you haven't dropped your watch - some sort of loose connection must somehow have happened inside the movement of the watch.
We use high quality Swiss movements for all our watches and therefore they also come with a lifetime warranty.
