Worst personal Internet purchased ever

I purchased a laser pointer in May 2021 from Pointeurlaserpro.fr. The product was not working, so I sent it back to the seller. I have the proof that the product was delivered. However, as of September 2021, the seller still refuses to refund me (100 euros). Do not buy from this company.
