I've been a customer of LA Pool and Spa for years. They have been consistently great to deal with.

This is our second hot tub from this company, after an unfortunate mshap with our original tub. Devin and Brett took responsibility for it and made it right at no costs to ourselves. We then decided to upgrade the tub to a new one, and Devin and Brett came to the plate and gave us a good deal on it. We have had very,very good experiences dealing with these guys, and have full confidence in them backing the products they sell.

Little bit of issues with the tub but the team at la pool & spas were quick to figure out the problem and fix the issue. We use our tub almost every night and enjoy it. The way the tub was insulated was the seller and being a corner tub to fit nice in a corner on our deck. Thanks again la pools & spas

Devin and Brett were great to deal with on the new hot tub I purchased. They took my old hot tub in on trade and picked it up and delivered the new tub. They are very professional and made the transaction easy and seemless. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a Hot Tub.

Very easy to deal with. Would have been five stars but the cover we ordered is slightly too large for a tight fit.

Service was great! Only reason for taking a star is because it took so long for our parts to come in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoy our hot tub. We have had it for a couple years now and would recommend this company. They are very quick to provide check ups and any maintenance questions.
