It took 6 weeks until the product arrived. Communication was mostly a one way street, if at all, responses were meaningless and unappreciative. I will never order there again.

Lastaforest asked me to leave a review. OK - first of all the distributor I received does not match the one I ordered. Secondly, the distributor doesn't seem to be adjustable. I can't figure out how to adjust it. So I left a message for customer service about these issues. To date I have not received a response. I'm thinking that I will have to return this item. This has been an upsetting experience. This company just doesn't seem to care at all.

Took 1 month to put the product in the mail, while the website said 4-8 business days

I purchased the Barista Air Wand, what turned up was not the one on the website. It was all in Chinese with not a word of English. Very low quality product.

Product quality is very good but it took more than 3 weeks to deliver.
Poor supply chain, needs to improve

I purchased the Barista Air Wand Precision 2-in-1 Grinder Vacuum & Blower, and the product itself was exactly what I expected—really great.

However, the delivery experience wasn’t very good. The website said it would ship within about 3–8 business days even for international orders, but it didn’t arrive even after three weeks, and there was no communication at all during that time.

When I reached out to follow up, they responded quickly and explained the situation. After that, they kept me updated regularly with shipping status, which I appreciated.

That said, buying from an unfamiliar company online already requires a certain level of trust, so delays without any communication can make customers very anxious. I think this is something they should improve.

They explained that the delay was due to the Lunar New Year, but if delays are expected for that reason, it would be better to clearly communicate that in advance.

Also, the product manual was entirely in Chinese.

Not good. Super late on delivery. Items ordered were not in stock. They did reach out about that to ask what I would prefer it be replaced with, then sent the wrong replacement and offered no resolution for that.

They also divided my order into multiple packages, one of which I have still not received a month after ordering.

The items I did receive were nothing special in terms of quality. They look nice in photos though.

I would not recommend.

Order placed 1 month ago. Tried contacting customer services on multiple occasions, ignored everyone. I still have hope but it’s fading.

Quality products at a reasonable price, well designed and reliable. A useful add on for the home barista. Only thing that could use improvement is shipping which should be faster. All in all great experience!

Accidentally shipped the wrong size on one of my items, but quickly responded to my inquiry and shipped the correct size.

I had issues with the portafilter basket that shipped with the naked portafilter, and their customer service team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. They ultimately had to send me a new filter basket, which took a while (about a month in total). That said, every time I emailed them asking for status, they replied quickly with a detailed answer. I would gladly buy from them again. Best of all, the blue resin-handled portafilter they supplied is beautiful and extremely well made.

Ordered some espresso supplies to my new home here in San Sebastián, Spain.
They arrived quickly and at competitive prices.
Will likely order again.
I wish the delivery notifications were a little more timely as I live in a central entrance flat as does most of urban Spain….. need to be forewarned of the pending delivery more accurately.

I was very surprised to find so many 1 star reviews. I have made two separate orders and been very satisfied with both experiences so far. My order was packed well and didn't take very long to arrive. When I reached out to customer service the response was immediate.

I gave the company a second chance, I placed an order 30th of January, the AI in the website says the order is still processing, not even shipped it after 20 days. The customer service don't even reply to my emails. The worst customer service.

Quality & prices are very good! I have bought a number of times and all items have been delivered! Long lead times on delivery!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from this company! I placed an order on November 30th for 3 products. Each of those products had a delivery date window of 10-14 days. It’s now the end of January and I still don’t have the products. I’ve been emailing with the company for about a month to now, and they have not been helpful. They just keep directing me to the shippers website saying it’s on the way. I’ve asked for them to cancel the order and they refuse to cancel it, rather they keep offering me discounts on future orders. I will never order from this company again!
