Items were delivered to address on time. From that location it took awhile because the service into Mexico (my forwarding company) takes awhile at times. Items look great and performed as described. Just had my first Long Black using the new tools. There was a definite improvement in the taste. Will get better with time. Thanks Lastaforest.

I ordered three items, the are all nice. They were not cheap, but were supposedly on sale - I would I even know if it's really a sale However, it took nearly a month from order date to delivery date, that's just too long. Also, tracking the shipping progress was less than ideal, no updates provided and when I was given a link to track, the email providing the link did not have the order number, so I had to search through emails to find the number.

Scam site, 3 weeks no tracking, no shipping, no refund. Yet another BS Chinese dropshipping no-shippers.

Awesome products, if you know what you are looking for this is the place. Great value/precision work/great customer service. Class act!

I ordered the 'Geared Spinning WDT Tool - Espresso Distribution V2' tool, as an advert popped up on instagram showing this tool was reduced from £72 to £37.

After going through their instagram posts, i thought the products looked great and could not belive i had not heard of them before when looking at espresso accessories.

The product arrived 16 days after the date of purchase, and as i have seen from the tracking it came from China.

The product itselft is very underwhelming for what was meant to be a £72, even at £37 its extremley expensive for the poor quality. The needles itself do not reach below half way down of my basket, meaning not all the ground coffee is being stirred by the tool. The actual build of the tool does not feel solid at all, as if it could break at any point.

Overall, extremley disapointed with the purchase.

They told me delivery would be within 5-7 days, it took a month to arrive

It took me two months to receive an order that had been announced as taking five days. All that just to have a mail carrier show up and ask me to pay €16 in customs fees. The company covered part of the cost, but given the delays, full coverage would have been the bare minimum.

Placed an order December 4th- have not received any shipping information or status update on my order beyond an email stating the order has been received and processed. It was supposed to be a gift for Christmas. Will be disputing charge. Scammy

A scam website. Do your best to avoid it. Behind all the flashy photos and videos there is absolutely a scam going on. All information in the website is flat out lies or should be taken with a big grain of salt. For all that matters, stay away from the website and do not be fooled by their prices and flashy photos.
Shipping takes more than a month easily and they will drag out the refund if they refund you anything at all.

I don't know why this company isn't getting higher reviews. They carry a nice assortment of good quality stuff.

Bought a few things from the Lastaforest. It was my first order. Unfortunately, as it happens with electronic devices - one wasn't working properly. My claim was processed promptly by the Customer Service and a week later I got a replacement. Definitely plan to purchase something else for my home coffee equipment soon!

Because of the late delivery of the ordered package, I couldn’t give 5 stars. The delivery took a very long time, but every time I contacted them, they responded quickly.

Very high quality products, and inmediatly solutions to problems I had by picking the wrong portfilter for my basket, Recenlty I've got a powerfull grinder and other tools. Would be a mistake not to try them. Only problme for my case might have been to delivery to my country. At the end the free shipping option wasn't free at all.

I haven't tried the coffee bean water dispenser yet, as it's a Christmas gift. But I just wanted to say that we had a problem with the delivery and they were very helpful, keeping us updated the whole time. Thank you so much.

I have purchased several pieces from Lastaforest and have been happy with each item.My latest item was a bottomless portafilter. It seems that most,if not all,of the products are produced in the far east.. namely China..(which does slow down delivery somewhat)however that is no bad thing these days and overall quality of manufacture is very high .
I would recommend the company based upon my experience.

Pleased with the overall experience with, the seller the product and prompt delivery. Would have no issue in recommending seller to family and friend who have a love of coffee
