Everything went smooth love the experience

If i could give a negative star I would. The customer service is the worst i’ve dealt with. I would rather work with spectrum and if anyone knows how they work with customer service you would understand. A 5 year old is better at customer service than these people. No information regarding a flight besides it’s confirmed and you will get it shortly. No one would get back to me to confirm when i would get my flight information so i had to book a completely different flight to make sure i had a flight information the morning. I still have not received any information or an email back. I highly DONT recommend this company. It’s a scam and you will be out of money. It’s not worth trying to save a few bucks.

Me and my son was left behind in the boarding process stranded. They said at the counter as they scan all tickets and stated to me the tickets were FRAUDULENT. And showed me their side of the issue. How??? I gave them the last 4 digits of my card number stating they took the $456.98 out of my account. Showed them. They said ma’am another card was used and the payment didn’t go thru. I mean, these scammers are very brilliant at their work. And it’s only going to get worse. Because there’s desperate and uneducated people out there trying to save a dollar in this economy. How? How can they manipulate the system and us in such a way? They made everything seem as though you would have nothing to worry about. I had boarding passes and seat assignments, ready to go and stopped at the door. Me and my son were left alone at the airport. No return calls. No response to emails. From this supposedly reliable company Last Fare Deals and Elicia Lopez. But when they went to scan the boarding pass everything crumbled right before my eyes. My jaw dropped. My heart froze. I became frantic, frustrated, stressed, worried and sad. I blame myself for being desperate to find a low fare.

YOU COMPLETE SCAM! You had us believe you were legit. How dare any of you do this to families, leaving them with nothing and stranded. The bank gave me my money back. And I will give them every single email and screenshot, whatever information they are looking for during their investigation. Even the recordings of my phone calls.

I never received the ticket I paid for. After I bought my flight for Alaska Airlines, they called me the next day to say the price went up. I accepted this price, as it was still discounted to what was posted elsewhere, and they said I would get the ticket 24 hours before the flight. When the time came, still no ticket, and I emailed and messaged them, they responded initially they were working on it but hours went by and no ticket. I eventually bought a ticket elsewhere, and had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Please everyone listen to this and share as much you can do not book over this company listen what they did with me. I am currently stucked in Seattle coming from Las Vegas I have been trying to contact the customer service over 30 times today they rebooked my Flight going to Atlanta without my knowledge. I booked and confirmed a Flight with the company going to Las Vegas on the 29 of September return Flight was supposed to be today when I arrived at the Airport in Las Vegas they said sorry your flight got rescheduled yesterday from last fare deals to January 2027 I have proof he let me take a picture from the booking. What someone should do for 3 months in Las Vegas. They didn’t reach out to me at all I send over 20 emails no response. Now I have to wait till tomorrow morning Alaska Airlines helped me. So I have to take a hotel now and the company still didn’t reach out please this is a true sadly story but I will take a Lawyer tomorrow as soon I will arrive back in Atlanta. They didn’t had no right to do this without my permission. Yes they rebooked my flight to 2027 how sick is that. But I will spread this Scam of them all over. I will let the company not get away with this Scam. And I will never never book over this Company.

Please do not use this website. I booked a flight through them, and they sent me a confirmation code. However, when I contacted the airline directly to verify the reservation, the airline confirmed that there was no reservation under my name.
I also emailed Carlos, who told me that he would provide my boarding pass 24 hours before my flight. That never happened.
Another thing I noticed is that after you make a reservation, they ask customers to leave them a five-star review. This may help explain why they have 4.3 rating. Please do not rely on their rating when deciding to book with them.
After they took my money, I could no longer get anyone to answer my phone calls. Please be extremely careful and do your own research before booking.

Bought a 1 way ticket from Atalnata to Nashville for 09-27-2026. They took my money and never sent my e-ticket. I went to Atlanta Airport and checked in with Southwest airlines to get my ticket. They had no reservation for me. Lastfaredeals scammed me. So I had to purchase a ticket with United airlines

Do NOT do any business with this company it is a scam. They will pretend to send you trip itineraries, boarding pass with information that seems legit but it is a scam! When I tried to board the flight and was told the airline didn’t have any booking under my name, and I had to purchase a very expensive ticket at the gate at the last moment minute to get on the plane. It’s very stressful and awful experience. I tried calling and emails many times after but they didn’t respond. Totally FAKE! I contacted my credit card company and reported the fraud. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE STRAIGHT UP LIARS

4.3 was a bs deceiving avg. Just tried it yesterday. After agreeing increased price and told email would be sent to confirm and ticket boarding pass issued in 3-4 hours, NOTHING happened! No call or email responses at all. Need fly 12 hours later so sent an “urgent “ email then booked my own ticket. This place is xxxxing no good . The woman who called after the “order” for more money barely spoke English.

I had to cancel my flight because of an emergency in my immediate family and Mary was nice enough to get this taken care of for me. I appreciate her expertise in this matter. I would definitely rebook when I am able.

I just got scammed by Michael and Alicia. Long story to explain. You get an email confirmation of the flights you choose. In my case, I suppose to get two rounds trip tickets none stop from PHL to Las Vegas! I got the email confirmation from their website but I never got the boarding pass. Basically I’m disputing one of the many changes they do on your CC. The credit card info addresses of the charges are fake but look almost real. In my case was SOUTHWEST AIRLI

Scammers! Stay away from them. I already running an investigation to put all these people in prison.
