I don’t know what happened very bad expérience
I don’t know what happened. I ordered products to attract bee swarms because I was leaving for Algeria, and I asked if it was possible to receive them before April 17. I finally received them on May 27, without any message or update. The swarming season is already over, so it’s too late now. Considering the price I paid, taking 45 days to deliver is unacceptable.

Twice bad experience in a Row
That's my second command to latiendadelapicultor
The first one, they were a mismatch and they send me an item instead of another (2 week to wait for an exchange).
The second one, after 1 month wait, and so much asks & replies from them, i finally receive my command.
Communication is ok, but they don't answer the truth.
So prices are OK, but be prepared to wait.

Extremely long delivery delay!
Correct quality but extremely long delivery delay! Order made on April 27th, delivery initially announced on May 5th latest. Arrived May 21st. 16 days later! I had to buy more expensive items at local shops and borrow from colleagues to compensate. I don't recommend if you are tight on schedule. Bees don't wait for unprofessional suppliers.

Problems!
I ordered beeswax, but after payment i didn’t receive a confirmation mail. I spoke to their chatbot which was completely useless and kept telling me i had to speak to a person. I wanted that too but it was impossible for the bot to connect me to a human. Finally i called them several times, but got a voicemail in spanish every time. No one ever called me back. I did send them several emails and finally they responded. I had to give them the order number that i never received… i did send the banktransaction several times and finally they found out there was a problem on their site. When i would pay some extra euro’s they would finally ship my order. After i told them that it would be nice for them not to charge me ecen more and just ship my order that’s what they did. They sell good stuff for very good prices but this time it all went wrong. I hope it will ve better next time
