Ordered a DVD collection that was supposed to be in Spanish. Got a pirated version -english only when I went to watch it. Reached out via chat got no response. Tried the phone number on the invoice and it didn't work.

It was the right part for the Yaesu FT-857. Looks like the factory part. It was what I was looking for.

I like the products,I just purchased the wrong ones,but I like what I purchase,but will be placing a order for the right one,wish that it can go in English.

Charged me for an item they didn't have and a month later haven't given me a refund. It's a scam.

The package I ordered was not delivered and on demand , they could do nothing. I never get my money back I paid via PayPal. Sorry, but this is NO GO

The website was easy to use. The product I received was the matching part I needed. It's working perfectly! It shipped quickly. I placed an order on a Thursday. Fedex picked up the package on the following Monday, just two business days later. I was able to track the package online, using the tracking number provided. It arrived on the original estimated day. I will order again without hesitation.

The only thing I would add is an email when the item ships. I was new to this website, ordering from another country. I did my best to confirm the website's legitimacy, but I had a lingering uncertainty following payment. I was waiting to receive a follow-up email, informing me that it shipped. I could then confirm on the shipper's website independently. I wondered if my money was gone for a few days, until it occurred to me to view my order on the store website, using the link in my purchase email. There I could view where the package was on its journey. Using the tracking number provided, I could independently confirm with the shipper that the package was in fact on its way. I was waiting for an email confirmation that it shipped, but I was already provided with enough information when I looked further.

The right product arrived timely and in good condition.

Martketplace Facebook I saw that a Facebook page in Argentina was selling an Anibal Troilo vinyl record that was missing from my collection, so i purchase it via Latinafy. I just filled out a form and they listed on their site so I could order it from the US. I'll be heading back to Washington in a few months and I'm quite certain I'll use Latinafy again to buy more Argentine products for my collection

Though my order was a bit complicated, and it did not went smooth I am still happy to buy through Latinafy. I would not have been able to purchase otherwise. Issues were well handled en resolved!

Well-packaged. I've been traveling around asia for years and haven't found a perfume I like as much as Natura's Humor, so every two months I order from latinafy and I've never had any issues with the delivery. It always arrives well-packaged. There was just one delay once and I reached out to the guys, and they bumped up my order, thanks!

Great service. I'm a coin collector and found one on Mercado Libre Argentina. I knew about latinafy but had never used their service. I took a chance and ordered it through Latinafy, and they handled shipping it to London. I recommend using their site if you find something on Mercado Libre and you're not from Argentina

highly recommended My dad is Uruguayan but has been living in the USA for many years. He always says that what he misses the most is Dr. Selby cream (besides dulce de leche), so I sent him some creams via Latinafy, and he's super happy. I recommend it!

Its a good service. Relatively fast, considering how far you are from the country. I haven't tryied ordering specific products though, but Im guessing it would be mostly the same shipment time.

Friendly customer service with very quick and helpful reply, even in case of a problem. Fast delivery to Germany. Great products from Argentina, I will definitly order again.

I don't put zero starts because it is not available. I placed an order with them, and not only did I not got my order, but FedEx is suing me for failing to pay them for my order. It was a 90 euros order with shipping costs separate (so no free shipping, guys). They charged for a service that they were not able to categorize correctly; till this point, this can be solved with a simple order cancellation email, but they don't do that. So FedEx is still demanding extra payment for some error from Latinafy. I would never recommend them.
