From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was very professional.

Dire customer service.
New Front door ‘fitted’ in April 2019, door still leaking in September 2019!! We are shoring up the door with towels every day. Dire customer service; door not fit for purpose. I have been very poorly over the past few months and this has increased my stress levels, at an already difficult time. Regret my decision to use them!

Would happily use again
We used Launa Windows for a replacement conservatory and replacement porch door. The representative, surveyor and installation team all arrived in a timely manner and exactly when they said they would. Their work was professional, and the product looked even better than we anticipated - we particularly liked the subtle 'wood' effect on the porch doors. All the employees were friendly and helpful, not forgetting the person at the end of the phone. Can recommend.
