Clothes are washed and tried great but drivers keep arriving at the wrong pick for pick up and drop off. Sometimes over an hour off. Which means my clothes have been left outside for over an hour until I get home

No 24h delivery - they can’t deliver
They advertise 24h delivery but they actually can’t keep to that. I lost $1000’s of my clothes because I was visiting the US and they didn‘t deliver my items as promised before my flight left in the morning - don’t take the risk.

Turned it around
Update at the end.
First time using the service and left clear instructions regarding delivery. Ignored and the laundry was left at a location that I do not recognise, but it certainly was not mine. I flagged this and was told that they would sort it out and get the driver to recollect it from wherever he had left it and deliver per the instructions. Except the next email contradicted the agent and informed me that they "couldn't reach" me and that they'd try again tomorrow. The instructions given were to allow for the fact that I would not be there. They were simple. No other company has had an issue with these instructions. But Laundryheap does not appear to have a clue, with the the emails contradicting the online agents.
UPDATE
They did recover the delivery and dropped it to the correct address quickly enough. I have to give them credit for that. Used the incentive of a discount to try them a second time and that experience was hassle free. So, credit where it is due.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I keep experiencing payment issues and issues from Laundry heap side they make things very difficult and they don’t have a proper solution for solving the issue and it’s really stressful on the customer. Their customer service representative reply back as automated box or maybe they are using AI to reply to their customers, I’m not sure but it’s a terrible.

Used them twice for dry cleaning
Used them twice for dry cleaning. First time coat came back with exact same Marks. Second time I sent a suit and got an email saying “heavily stained and will try remove” suit came out with same mark which I simply wiped off with a damp cloth so basically they did nothing to the suit. Additionally my pocket square was taken. So yeah that’s 2 for 2. Will not use again
