Suspected scam
I do not want to believe this is a scam. I booked a service that says from 1.95£. Driver came to pick up and I enquired from him to confirm the process as I am new to the services. He said that once he drops off I will receive my invoice on total cost before they proceed
I have been checking the app since morning to see invoice but none was uploaded. Only for me to receive an outrageous bill and my order being held.
How do you proceed with an order without letting the customer know expected bill know you indicated 1.95£ as expected bill per item.
No place call to get clarification or complain only asked the raise a dispute which can only be done if I clear the payment.
This is so Suspicious and looks like a scam. Please return my cloths unwashed or ironed I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED.

Damaged Items. Terrible Customer Service. Broken Trust.
I have been a regular customer of Laundry Heap in the Richmond area since 2023. And despite one or two minor issues that were fixed I have always been happy (their drivers in particular are always really lovely). However, I have just had an incident that has completely broken my trust with them and showed that they do not really care about my experience or retaining me as a customer. Three T shirts came back discoloured and covered in red fluff that had been ironed on. They initially said they must have been like that on arrival, however when I asked whether it was their procedure to detail items that arrived like that, they admitted it was and that no record of the issue existed. I know 100% that the T shirts were not damaged when I sent them. They then arranged to collect the T shirts to clean and re-iron - and gave me a £10 credit. I was happy with this outcome. They sent me pictures of the rectified items and arranged redelivery. Again I was happy. However, they did not arrive as scheduled and I had to contact. Cutting a long story short they have lost the items which I discovered after a further delay of over a week. One of the items cannot be replaced as it is a Boston Marathon item from the US. The compensation is 50% of the value (despite the fact I have to replace the other 2 items), and a £10 credit I can't use as due to how they have handled this I won't be using them again. I am so disappointed and let down - it is clear they do not care.

Fast, friendly service
Laundry was picked up during the time frame given and dropped back fresh and clean, also within the time frame. Easy to track and when something went wrong (my fault) the driver rang and sorted it out.

Laundry heap! You delivered the wrong laundry !!! And you charged me for the extra laundry that is not mine. This is disgraceful and incompetent. You delivered in error some woman’s clothes. This is abject. I chased after the driver but he didn’t hear me and didn’t stop. He didn’t even allow me a moment to query why he brought me two bags instead of the one bag that I gave last Tuesday. This is pathetic. Now I have to wait 24 hours for a response from customer "service" and some woman somewhere in London is missing 2x pairs of trousers, 2x blouses and 1x jersey.

Worst experience
Worst experience, I called them back and they didn’t answer or bother to help me, he left without waiting more than a minute. There time said 9pm - 10pm, they came at 8:30 and I was ready to go and he left within 2 minutes dont use them anywhere. Theyre crap customer service

Costs are not as advertised
Costs are not as advertised. Having thought my dry clean of a duvet would not hit the minimum charge of £20 based on it being listed as a £10 cost, I added a few jackets for dry clean that was listed as a few pounds each. I ended up being charged £56! They even claimed the duvet was a king size when it's not. I managed to claim back £2 for the wrong size, but when I went to check what pricing they had used for the jacket dry clean they said I'd already made a claim. Dreadful service, not as advertised. I had enquired about getting a seam on a jacket repaired and they quoted £27 for this! It's outrageous.

Scheduled delivery changes
I arrange my clothes to be picked up on Friday between 6 and 7 pm, was the original advice they would be delivered the next day. I then received information that they would not be delivered until Monday.
It is now Monday and I’ve just received notification to say sorry but your items will not be returned until Tuesday between six and seven. I am leaving this hotel at 5 pm tomorrow Tuesday as I’m flying back to Australia tomorrow night. I’m waiting for a response from the Laundryheap as to how I can pick up my clothes but naturally I do not get a response at all totally unacceptable. Be very careful using this service as I’ve now lost nearly $300 worth of clothes.
