AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Fake 5 star reviews!! Recently used Laundryheap services to clean 6 pillows and 3 duvets which cost me over £100. They completely ruined all my pillows! The stuffing came back all lumpy, knotted, and uneven, one even came back with the seam ripped and had it closed back with safety pins! To top it all off, they lost one of my duvets! Their claims to resolving damaged and missing items takes FAR longer than 48 hours. No direct number to call to speak to anyone. I will be taking legal action soon if not resolved and compensated properly. Will never be using their services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Great App and Great Service
Great easy to use App with flexibility to change order pickup and delivery details. It was also great to get updates on the App on pickup and delivery times. My bed linen also came back smelling and feeling great.

Unhelpful and difficult to reach customer service
EDIT: After posting publicly, I finally got a response from customer service. I appreciate that they resolved my issue but it's a shame it took this escalation to get help. ORIGINAL POST: My gift purchase was erroneously credited to my account, not to gift recipient. Customer service has been difficult to contact, with long wait times (hours.) My daughter, the intended recipient, has not gotten the help I wanted to gift, I cannot use the credits myself, and no one is helping me. Now I don't even want my daughter to try the service if LaundryHeap can't even get back-end accounting right. So disappointing!

Do not use them!
The last three or four times I asked for their service there has been always delays, or pick up is wrong or delivery not on the date/ time schedule, this last time they ruined +50 white pieces of clothing. Do not use them.

Very confused as my laundry was handed…
Very confused as my laundry was handed over in one bag I was then charged for two bags, I was expecting it to be under £30 ended up being over £100 they itemise some of my things as bulky bedspread which they were not at all, I tried to talk to them about it, they were extremely unhelpful. If I had known it was gonna cost me over £100 to do one bag of laundry I would’ve taken them to a laundrette or washed them by hand in the bath because what a waste of money wow. Absolute daylight robbery. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review, but I’m so outraged. AVOID. They are CROOKS!!!
