Costs were given by staff clearly on my first phone call to Olaurelo, no extras added on the whole probate procedure.
Chris Rumble, visited me and guided me through the requirements and documentation. Always available to provide advice, I was very pleased with their dedication to provide an excellent service.

Got the details of this first class company in the bereavement pack I was given at the hospital. The whole process seemed so simple. Corrine came to my house and completed the paperwork, a week later the completed application was ready for my approval. Less than 4 weeks later the probate was granted. It was so easy. I had a problem later but when I rang for help it was fantastic. Molly couldn’t have been more helpful and caring and she helped me resolve my problem the same day. I cannot thank the whole team enough. I would always recommend the company to anyone needing probate. First class friendly customer service.

I found Laurelo through an email I received from The Bereavement Service. I contacted them as I was unsure how I stood regarding Inheritance Tax for my Mothers estate and I spoke to a very helpful young lady who told me that I would receive a call from a colleague who would be able to advise me further. This initial call was free and at no time did I feel pressured into committing to anything. I agreed that I would engage them to undertake the IHT form and Probate on my behalf. Chris arranged to come and see me at my home and I found him extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He oversaw the whole process and kept me updated on the progress. Probate was granted in under 4 weeks. Their support continues after they have gained probate. I cannot speak more highly of Laurelo and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I am sure they are far quicker, more pleasant and easier to deal with than most professionals.

It took a long time for me to decide who was going to handle the probate on my husband’s estate. I’m very glad I finally chose Laurelo. They were efficient, compassionate, and vastly cheaper than using local solicitors- including those who drew up the will. Everything was carefully explained and they were very responsive when I had queries. The probate came through much faster than expected.
