Disappointed former fan
I was a fan of Lautie. I was buying a new Lautie product (or more) every 2 weeks (linked to my pay cycle). Happy times. I have spent > $ 1000 like this (don't worry I can easily afford it). My point is that I planned to keep doing this, and could. But I am dumping Lautie because they have been stretching the truth on "investigating" where my missing delivery has gone. They have my money but I don't have their product. They keep saying they are asking the delivery company to investigate. The tracker shows ZERO progress except for mindless repetition. The customer service person is polite but ineffective. I have asked for a refund and they have ignored it. This is a massive trap and disappointing in the extreme.
